Terrible, terrible, terrible service provider. Our wifi in the area has been off since 14/02 and when you phone Cool Ideas they say it is the work of Netx Tech. All they say is no ETR, no ETR, no ETR. Netx has not even been working at the site of the problem for the last two days when we drive past. They left the whole and all the cables like that and does not care if they leave us without wifi. I have to work and study from home and now it is costing me my work and my job and my studies as I am unable to complete assignments and attend classes. Who will cover this? Who cares? No one not NetX and not Cool Ideas either. Why should you because you have connectivity wherever you are so you dont care that we have been sitting without connectivity for more than seven days. Pathetic and disgusting. How are you even allowed to operate? Pathetic and poor service. You should be ashamed!!!!!
Wew have now been without wifi since 14/02/2026, everytime we phone the call centre they say no ETR no ETR no ETR for more than a week now!!!! But when I drive past the work site four guys sit around and do nothing and say they are waiting. Waiting for what....better days? No one has been working at the site for the last three days. WORST WIFI SERVICE EVER EVER EVER
This company keeps on phoning demanding payment of my Telkom account after it has already been paid then they say they no payments reflect on their system. Clearly their adminstration is up to ****. They must catch a wake up, open their eyes and read. I will keep on paying the creditor directly as the seem to lose payments. The operators will phone and then put down the phone in my ear, extremely rude. Poor poor service. I will not give in to your tactics and games and I will keep on paying the creditor myself due to your lack if basic adminstration and etiquette!! Sies man

This is the WORST fibre service provider ever in the history of South Africa. From the start the installation process was a nightmare, they did everything wrong that you can possibly do wrong not even drilling straight holes when mounting it against the wall. Needless to say, from there we have had a nightmare, our line rarely works and when we phone the useless call center, they just say the technician will come back to us and they never do. It has now been five days and still do not have any wifi or any answers. I will not be paying for something that I do not have. This is unacceptable!!!! YOU SUCK YOU SUCK YOU SUCK YOU SUCK.
Telesales personelle is rude and do no have telephone etiquette. Their facts are incorrect and they interrupt and talk back with attitude. It is not even a company that I have used and will never use!!
