You guys are unreal, I haven't even been paid yet and you are calling to find out where is the payment, and when I tell them I haven't even been paid yet.. Your consultant hangs up on me!!! Really Rude and unprofessional, this is happening every month. I pay every month when I get paid, why do you insist on harassing me!! PLEASE STOP AND LEAVE ME ALONE!! I PAY WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT????????????
PATHETIC!! USELESS!! NEVER PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM SANLAM EVER!! I have submitted a claim for my late daughter on my funeral policy. OMG! I cannot believe how useless you call center is, The one women even screamed at me. You customer services is Below standard and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, I was advise that she worked from home and would not be able to find a manager. To use her words "You are stuck with me and I cant find your claim so what would you like me to do" I have submitted the claim 4 days ago and each time I call, I get told someone will call me which they never do or the Rude call center agents tell me I never submitted anything. So much for the fact that my brochure says it will be paid in 48 hours You guy really do know how to make a persons life hell! As if loosing a child was not bad enough, your call Center agents are a nightmare to deal with, my 9 year old daughter has better manner than your call center staff. WORST SERVICE EVER! I would not recommend you to anyone.
Why on earth are you sending my 9 year old daughter a SMS to take a loan with you company? My daughter is 9 Years old!!!! What on earth is going on there!! How did you get my 9 year old daughter number!!!!
How do you harass people for an account that is current and send SMS says that you are handing people over legal action... for an account that has been brought up to date and is in a current balance.!! your Staff Carol Tibbetts is Rude and obnoxious!!! I will make a collection of all the invoices and if i receive another threatening SMS or call i am going to start invoicing you for my time and my inconvenience. YOUR COMPANY SERVICES IS PACTETIC!!!!
Can you please provide me with the managing directors details. I find the constant calls and SMS's are spam and if your managing director does not contact me, I will report you for spam and your company for harrasment. I will also take this to the media and social media. I did not request your services. I have repeatably told you consultants that for security reasons i will deal with the SABC and Payments are being made to the SABC. Please get the managing director to contact me or send me the details. Thank you.

Once again, I am reporting that you have ignored an old Widower. This women has budgeted for the funds. Not everyone has money laying around link you do clearly Momentum!!!!!!! I have in writing that funds will be paid to her 15 working days from the 20/02/2018 and once again nothing has come from it, today I phoned the case has no one assigned to it. I left a message and no one comes back to me. Your services is Pathetic!!!! i will never recommend you to anyone for your poor customer service!!!!! Disgusting that you can leave a 68 year old women without money that was promised a month ago!!!!!! I will cancel all my policies with immediate effect!
I am waiting feedback on a case from December. you consultant has not provided the documents needed for a death Claim. Shame on you for leaving an 66 year old grieving widow to have to fight a battle with you on a daily basis!!!!! Disgusting
