I own a property in Conradie Park. The construction finished in late 2023 and there were a lot of snags to be fixed. These still have not been addressed and with the latest storm there is water inside the walls, what kind of craftsmanship allows water to leak into the walls!? There is damage that needs to be fixed now as well as the snags that have still not been addressed. I am emailing with the staff at Concor but they are unresponsive and very unprofessional. This is ridiculous actually.
I have had absolutely horrible service. I started my request about 2 months ago by using the resources on the SAQA website and following the instructions. I waited patiently after sending my request to the email address listed in the instructions (verificationsletter@saqa.org.za) - this probably just goes into the ether because I never got any response from it. I sent a few more emails in case I got something wrong (note: you don't get a confirmation email to say they have received your request). Weeks to a month later after still not receiving a quote (never mind the actual verification document that I need from them), I decided to call in. I waited about 40mins before an agent picked up and they basically told me I need to send the email to verificationsletter@saqa.co.za! First of all, I used the email address that was listed in the instructions, this was not listed anywhere, and secondly they told me to wait another 21 working days!! I then waited a few more weeks and phoned in again. Another 30-40min wait until I explained my entire situation and they said "ok I will forward you to someone who can help you." ... after a few ringing sounds, I was forwarded to the automated feedback section (of course I gave the worst possible scores because I still was no better than before I called) I am so fed up, I still do not have a quote or reference number or even confirmation of receipt yet. I urgently need the documents as I need to send them off for Apostille which will also take some time. So I am on a tight time frame. If there was any other option I could use, I would've switched and forgotten about this but SAQA is the only place that can do these verifications of qualifications.
Gear Here provides a great service in the computer/gaming parts market. I commend them on some of the best prices I could find in South Africa, combined with quick delivery times and communication. Highly recommend and I think this is great for the competition in the market and consumer interest in SA.
I keep getting spammed with SMSs about loans for some customer called Kenneth!!! I have emailed the company telling them to remove my cell phone number as I am not the person they are looking for, but no change... I still get these marketing SMSs!
Booked for a Norway cruise with an agent called Nadine, She was absolutely superb always catering for our requirements and adjusting the booking to make things work. Can't wait for my trip later this year :)
I have reached my 80 000km / 4 year service so i booked a service in a month ahead of time. Finally i arrive at the time of my service, i take it into Barloworld N1 City dealership. They tell me they are going to have to charge me because my service expired 2 days ago (over the weekend)!!!!! When i did my 3 year service the dealership told me to book the 4 year service in by he 25th of May 2018. She even wrote that on the back of my invoice so i could remember! I booked it for the 21st May 2018 knowing this and i was not informed anywhere or by anyone that my service plan was expiring on the 19th, if i was told this i would have booked it before that! Not to mention i bought the car in the month of June, how is that even a full 4 year cover?! Extremely dissappointed in the way this was handled as I could have avoided unecesary costs.
I logged a review previously due to Vodacom being unresponsive and impossible to track. Ironically the response to my review was the generic business response: Official business reply: "Dear Customer, Thank you for making us aware of your complaint. Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query..." I still haven't received a call from a consultant and no further progress updates on my initial review!
I did an online upgrade to the iPhone X on 24th November (Black Friday) as Vodacom announced it as available. I got the confirmation of the upgrade order and it said that the phone is out of stock. I was also on the pre-order list and got a phone call a few days later asking if I had been helped yet. I told them about the upgrade order and they informed me that I would be informed by RAM couriers once they were ready to deliver. I cannot track my order status anywhere, it doesn't show up on My Vodacom app at all. I have no idea when or if the phone is coming...
