After renting a car through a colleague's recommendation, remind me to NEVER EVER rent a car from Sani Sixt King Shaka International Airport. After using one of their cars for 3 days, I get accused of damaging a tyre. Logic would dictate that if I had a tyre puncture, I would have changed the tyre, but noooooooo. They accused me for driving the tyre with no air and damaging the tyre. Called the call centre, after holding for over 20 minutes, I asked for the preinspection pictures, and tracker report. All which were never sent to me, yet they were able to take money from my credit card without any investigation whatsoever. I have 3 colleagues that are witness to the state of the car who can even testify on this. HOW PATHETIC!!!!
I ordered this table on the 3rd of July, delivery of this has been a nightmare. The 1st piece was delivered on the 8th of July, only to find that this was the drawer only, nothing else. I went to the Strubensvalley Store on the 11th of July, to which I was redirected to this horrible portal. I then logged a request for refund on the 13th of July, and I have called the call centre a million times, they have promised feedback (to which none was recieved), I've requested to speak to a team leader (and I would just be put on hold for long - using my airtime). On the 1st of August, I get told that my refund request has been declined, like what the hell???? THE SERVICE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE, I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM MAKRO MARKETPLACE. COMMUNICATION FROM THE CONTACT CENTRE HAS BEEN APPALLING, ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS ITEM TO BE COLLECTED AND I GET MY MONEY BACK.

I bought a bar stool, was asked to collect at their hideous warehouse, I got home assembled the chair and it wouldn't work. The salesman Dickson was of great service.<br> The following day I went back to the store of purchase for an exchange or refund and have been treated quite badly. They refused to give me my refund, claimed that they don't have stock. My refund is said to be authorised by Head office.<br> I paid alot of money for goods purchased at this store to be treated like this. I'm not happy and am definitely never coming back. They need to rebook at the kind of management they employ who have no sense of customer service whatsoever.
It is with such sadness that I am writing this complaint after my family and I have been left in the cold as a result of the roof that collapsed at home. The owner of the house, my mother, is a 67 year older pensioner, who has cover with Outsurance and was told that there is no waiting period for the building insurance cover at the time she reinstated it.<br> On the 22nd of June, the roof at home collapsed in the living and dining area, and we soon reported this to Outsurance. 2 weeks later, we have been told that they are not going to assist us as the cause of the incident was due to rotting timber, which is not covered for on their building insurance.<br> <br> The least they could have said is that we should fix the entire roof of the house, and then they assist with the rest of the damage.<br> They have even debited this month's premium, and yet they don't want to assist us. Is this the same company that prides themselves in keeping their clients happy? I am not happy with the treatment that we have received from Outsurance, and as a result, I am going to discourage people to take cover with them or even cancel their existing cover/s, based on my experience with the company.<br>
