Yesterday, I encountered a situation in Centurion where I required assistance from my insurance provider. I contacted them at approximately 4pm and spoke with Karabo, Nonhlanhla, and Monene until 9pm. During this time, they advised that they were unable to verify my insurance coverage outside of standard office hours. As a result, I was stranded on the side of the road for over 5 hours. They indicated that if they were to tow the vehicle, I would be liable for storage costs and mileage charges. I find it problematic that the insurance coverage I pay for does not provide adequate support after hours, particularly considering my safety while stranded alone in the dark. I am extremely dissatisfied with this insurance provider's service and do not intend to continue with them. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Netflorist. My husband ordered a birthday gift on June 17th to be delivered on June 20th, but it never arrived. Despite multiple follow-up calls, we were given excuses and no updates. After being told their driver's car broke down on Saturday (after no mention of issues on Friday), we rescheduled the delivery for Monday, June 23rd. However, it's now midday on the 23rd and the gift still hasn't arrived. The lack of communication and delayed delivery is unacceptable, especially for a birthday gift that was supposed to bring a smile.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the installation and activation of my router on February 21st. Despite scheduling the appointment for Saturday, February 22nd, I was rescheduled to Friday, February 21st, which this was the reason why is scheduled a Saturday date so that I can be home on the day of installation...The installation process was subpar, with the technician leaving a messy workspace and failing to provide a guide for connecting devices, including my TV. The router's installation is also poorly done, with LAN cables hanging untidily from the middle of the wall.I have attempted to contact Vuma multiple times since February 21st to address these issues, but no one has arrived to fix the problems. Furthermore, I was directed to contact Flycool for TV connection assistance, only to be informed that I am not their client.I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and poor service I have received from Vuma. As a result, I regret switching from RAIN and urge you to take immediate action to resolve these issue I don't think there was professionalism in the work done at my house, because the who installed that router wouldn't have liked what he has done in my house to be done in his house. Who do I go to now, when both Vuma and Flycool cant assist. ****ED OFF!!
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent car rental experience at the Rivonia branch. Despite arranging for a 9 am pick-up, the vehicle was not ready, and I was forced to wait until 10:33. Moreover, I had specifically booked a Hyundai Grand i10, but was instead provided with a Starlet automatic. This unacceptable delay and vehicle substitution has led to a disappointing experience, and I will not be using your services again.
I bought a car from this dealership and the car had a hooter and petrol gauge. Story short, I have been there more than 3 times and still the petrol gauge is still malfunctioning . Whenever I call there they are telling me their electician will is to in and when his in his fully booked. They are fool of stories with attitude.

I opened the account at Cresta Mall on the 1st of November 2023. I was told I would receive an SMS informing me of card collection. Until today I never received the SMS. Today I decided to go and find out. Only to find that the card is there. I was then given a card and I was told since I have an app I will activate the card via the App. Secondly, I requested a debit order switch the very same day until today no one contacted me regarding that. Today when I got to the branch they called the lady who was assisting me with the opening of the account, which took her 2 days to open this account. She just issued me with a ticket number and told me the card arrived. She said nothing about the debit switch situation. I collected the card, I was told both of them were there, I asked why 2 cards I was just told is American Express. But what does that mean? I was then told that since you have an app on your phone you can activate your card there. I find this very disgusting, because I was already at the branch why was I not assisted with the activation of the card? The Nedbank app is not user-friendly to start with? at card collection, they still want to call the lady who's been assisting me with this and I feel that lady is clueless. I then left cause no 1 wanted to assist me. I have been in the branch 3 times already this month. Why is it a mission to get an active account? Calling the call center didnt even help. Since no one is able to assist me.
Yesterday around 4pm, I was at PEP Clothing in Cresta. As I was shopping a staff member CYNTHIA SHAI loudly called the other staff to come to the floor, but I didn't take note. She repeated and she said the store must be locked. I then realized there was something happening. I then walked towards the front as I was walking this lady said search me. I asked why. No one answered me and they conducted their search upon me because of a false accusation made against me and they didn’t find anything. I then asked to talk to the lady who said they must search me. She refused to talk and gave the message that she was on lunch. I was never humiliated, embarrassed, or disgraced like that. Above all, I felt so disrespected. I would appreciate it if PEP management could intervene here.
