Great customer service, the agent was good in considering my needs when offering service and advice
This company takes people for a ride. When you deposit money its fine, but they BLOCK you from withdrawing even after sending the relevant documents to them. I sent my documents twice to them so that I can withdraw funds, even today i'm still waiting for them to unblock my account. GET YOU ACT together and attend to my tickets. I have requested to cancel my contract because my term contract term has expired. Telkom agent are harrassing me calling me daily so that I can upgrade and I actually DO NOT WANT TO UPGRADE. I WANT TO CANCEL. I made my cancellation request, and I was told my cancellation will be done ref #: 33531373 and someone will call me. No one called me to confirm my request instead, they send me an sms saying Fault Reference 33531373 has been closed and contract still not cancelled.
I have been trying to get my deposit back after I cancelled a purchase on 22 Aug 2017 . I have sent emails numerous times t. I've since been told that my request has been forwarded to finance department, its been 2 months that I've been waiting for feedback. when I call, I get a message that " my call cannot be taken at the moment". I mean how then to does one negotiate with the company and come to a settlement agreement if they do not respond to your emails and block your calls. Are you suggesting that I use platforms such as Hellopeter, claims court, magistrate court, hight court to actually communicate with you over my money ? It is clear you have very little regard for customers and effectively your growth as a company. I plead with senior management to assist me with this matter and lets settle the matter amicably please.
