Like the other users have reported. It's a scam. Fake products. Pathetic. And not getting back to one. Stay away. Far away.
Getting cold called and then putting the phone down in my ear when I politely said I'm not interested
They changed - or rather cancelled my flight, and am receiving no feedback on my numerous emails PEERNG
I've tried to renew my license disks for my vehicles online. Followed the process, made payments on the 15/01/2018, today, 28/03/2018. Still nothing. After numerous phone calls. I've been told they can't find my payment, even though it was made out as per instruction. When I asked what about my fine that I'll need to pay, they said "unlucky", but it's your fault due to the payment. Frustrated that no one has got the ability to follow up or assist. I've asked, can you supply me with an email stating information when I go to the licensing department - "no"... Pathetic service for Eugene, the team leader, Lauren and Marvin to name a few I've spoken to.
I've been banking with Absa for the last 20 years, and have been a with a private banker for the last 1 year or so. My private banker is not answering my emails. My emails by absa are not being answered when querying. I finally phoned in, to be told they are sending a mail, which I still haven't received either. Not really the service you request, especially for the fees one is paying. # **********
I've been escalating this over the last 6 or 8 weeks... Continues spikey slow internet... Supposed 20mb line - is at best a 10mb - and most of the time I can't even stream youtube... What's the point? Yet nothing is being done about it - even though I've been phoning and emailing...

<p>As I was using a fair bit of data, I regularly topped my data bundles up. Still when I got my statement - my out of bundle rate was close to R3000, just for "out of data rates".</p> <p> </p> <p>I queried vodacom, them saying "it's correct". To which my argument went that I knew I was using data, and hence I was topping up on a regular basis to ensure and prevent me going out of data rates.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, after sending numerous emails to vodacom - no response has been received. <p>The iStore Credit Card application is simply pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>After having tried numerous times to apply for the card, there is a system glitch that doesn’t allow me to go past the first page. I made contact – I explained it to them. After not hearing back from them, numerous times. I gave up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Months later I tried again, from different devices, from different places.</p> <p> </p> <p>Having been on the phone numerous times with the service provider, standard bank, nothing – nothing happened. Finally I was told we shall continue manually, but never having heard back from them.</p> <p><br /> It’s as if they don’t want business.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic.</p> <p> </p>
