One of the few local (South African) online shops catering for leather supplies, crafting tools and hand made products. Prices are really affordable for quality products. Good Day, After contacting Cell C on Facebook, a previous Hello Peter post and a walk in at the Mall at Newmarket branch in Alberton after which the person who assisted me, assured me the fraud issue has been resolved and the account has been closed. The fraudulent contract/account in my name has not been fully resolved. The assigned debt collecting company VVM, who I also submitted the same documentation to as Cell C is still sending me a statement saying I owe R1,204.82. This is also reflecting negatively on my credit record. VVM details: VVM Reference: 77093081 Account Number: I0916154 Cell C details: Case number: 1051201585 Can anybody please help me getting this issue resolved? It is impacting my livelihood.
On the 17th of March 2021 I logged a fraud query via FraudQuery@cellc.co.za. Received an automatic reply email stating "All fraud related queries will be attended to within 48 working hours (working days - Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays)." Today, the 24th of March 2021, the contract debit order went off again for double the amount, assuming that the February debit order I called with my bank was added to this month's debit order. Further more I have not retrieved any feedback from Cell C to date, have no reference to track my query and on to top it all off when I requested the contract documents to establish what is going on I simply got a response that it won't be possible to supply me with the contract documents. What can I do to resolve this despicable issue?
On the 8th of March 2021 I stopped and reversed a debit order that went off in February, via the FNB online banking. The debit order was added to my Cheque Account via a fraudulent Cell C contract opened in my name. A fraud query has been logged with Cell C on the 17th of March 2021. Today, the 24th of March 2021, the same debit order went off again for double the amount, assuming that the February amount was added to this month's debit order. Tried to reverse and stop the debit order again, but the online banking website prevents me from doing so as the debit order amount is too high. I am deeply disappointing that as a client and consumer my money is not really protected by my bank. If I have no control over stopping invalid debit orders, anybody can simply withdraw funds from my account via a debit order.

My order got delivered today, but did not open the package until I got home. Discover the Casio watch I ordered was not in the box, what a great start to the weekend! Not the first time this happened, difference this time, it is a very expensive item. So from now I am not going to order anything from TakeALot over R500.00
<p>After my landline was physical broken and not connected to my house for months without repair I cancelled my landline. After a multiple tedious re-submissions of the cancellation request again taking a few months the contract was finally cancelled. Problem is now they still run the debit order against my account.</p>
<p>The physical line has broken of the pole, in other words completely lost connection. Logged it on 24-10-2016. Have been phoned a couple of times to asking if the issue has been resolved. The only problem is unless in the middle of the night the seven dwarfs came and reconnected my line, it will still not be working as no technician from Telkom has been to my house at all. Can someone please contact me to arrange an appointment to fix my line. I don't care about escalation! I want results! I must cancel if nothing happens this week.</p>
<p>My voice line went dead Sunday afternoon (2016-07-17). Logged a call on Monday (2016-07-18). Techniction came today (2016-07-21). The line coming into my house was damaged due to a tree growing into the pole. The technition fixed it in less than a hour and as a bonus to having a working voice line again my adsl synced at better speeds. I am still in a state of shock that Telkom fixed my line effeciantly in three days time!</p> <p> </p> <p>Let us hope this is the beginning of better service from Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Happy days!</p>
