Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle we initially selected. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth transaction and their innovative solutions were highly impressive. I recently purchased a fireplace from Hydrofire. In general the Jhb Branch provided good service. When we ran into some issues with a Fireplace the Owner Kristo Nikolov stepped in and resolved the issue without delay. Customer Service is priority to him and we experienced it first hand. The installation was done by Adonis, his work is neat and precise. He is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure having him install our fireplace. The only reason I did not score Hydrofire a 5 is the fireplace manual was sent to us late, I’m still waiting for my invoice and the Jhb branch manager could work on her people skills. Greet your customers a smile would be nice.
I recently serviced my vehicle at Care Care Clinic Little Falls. This company should be investigated by Carte Blance. You cannot trust them what they say they did to your vehicle probably never happened. This is how they make their money through lying. Don’t support them if you don’t want to waste your hard earn money. DO NOT fall for their money making trap quoting you on things you did not ask to service or repair you would be better off going somewhere else to have that check. From the R4500 I Paid they probably made R3500 profit as none of the other things were done!!
Worst customer service!! Arrogant staff. No respect shown to customers. Will try and sell you their rubbish and then refuse to take any responsibility for faulty instruments. Do not support this music store. Stay far away. You have been warned!!

Virgin Active headoffice has made no attempt to contact me regarding my dispute. I have logged a complaint directly with you on your website and requested that Lunga Ngobeni’s supervisor contact me to resolve this matter. You really do not care about customer service. If my refund is not in my account today i will publish these complaints on Twitter to Richard Branson. I can see why you score an average 1.8 rating in customer service.
I contacted Virgin Active Headoffice on the 27/12 to cancel my membership which was paid up for the months of December and January. My wife and my memberships was paid up at Virgin Active red upon requesting cancellation we were assisted by Tasneen (very competent) to move all the surplus funds over to one membership at Virgin Active little falls to make use of the swimming pool for the two months after my back operation due to complications i could no longer make use of the membership i only went 3 or 4 times for less than 30 min. I decided to cancel the membership to prevent future debits i called in and spoke to Lunga Ngobeni (not competent) and informed him of my situation he confirmed the membership is cancelled and that no monies are due and no debit order will go off my account. On the 31/12 Virgin Active debited my account! Upon disputing the debit order on the 3/1 and spending 20 min on the phone i am transfered to Lunga who informs me he may have confirmed no monies will be debited but the SYSTEM calculated the cancellation differently and therefore i owe the money furthermore i am told i have surplus funds available on my membership?? Virgin Active take accountability for your mistakes stop blaming the system, refund me the amount debited and the surplus funds on my membership immediately and ensure the membership is cancelled. I will not be held accountable for your SYSTEM error. You conveniently omitted to disclose all relevant condition to me upon cancellation. I requested to speak to a supervisor but as usual they are all in a meeting!! I would not recommend Virgin Active you will find state of the art health clubs for cheaper and a lot less red tape when it comes to memberships and trained, knowledgable staff.
If you want to receive the worst service experience and pay ridiculous fees not even close to what they advertise for a service then visit the little falls CARE CARE CLINIC. After what they described to be a “Major Service” the general checks were not done. After doing a radiator flush the coolant level was not topped up to the required levels during a recent trip we had to top up the coolant at the Engen one stop i hardly used the vehicle since the last service. I requested my parts back and the report of the diagnostics done on my vehicle none provided. No checks are performed after the service to ensure all work was carried out as requested. Car left the washbay with visible dirty hand marks at driver door, bonnet and steering wheel and interior door panel. I requested that the manager Rudi contact me to date no call received. I take pride in my vehicle and try and care for it the best i can unfortunately they do not share the same pride and care. For convenience sake i decided to take my vehicle to them to service, how i regret my decision, i was fooled by their caring “about us” story on their website. Are you always uncomfortable taking your vehicle for a service wondering if they actually did what you paid for and replaced your parts with new parts? Then don’t take your vehicle to Care Care Clinic they simply cannot be trusted i have lost all faith in them. You would be better of taking your vehicle to a approved dealership i wish i did. I would love to meet the founder Louis Scholtz.
From hero to zero... the once customer centric business has confirmed they are not interested in helping their customers. I will no longer settle or support a business that continues to ignore their customers. I had enough. Cancel my subscription and refund me my money.
