I ordered and paid for a combo shelve and cube box unit in August 2019. Not only did it take Corne until December to deliver - he delivered the product in the wrong colour and size. It took numourous phone calls, messages and waiting for him to just never pitch to even get the order in the first place. I litteraly sat at home a couple of weekends because he said he would come, then he won't pitch and not call to cancel or rearange either. Once he finally came with the combo it was in the wrong colour and size (which I realised when I tried to fit it into the space I wanted it), he then assured me that he would make a new one in the colour I requested. He told me to keep what he delivered and use that, and once the new one is made he would switch them. I asked for 60cm and the shelve is 63cm which means it doesn't fit in the space need it for. Its just slightly too big. I asked him to fix this as well but he responded with "I'm driving" and never got back to me. I waited and waited and when I followed up late December - he made it seem like he was waiting for me to tell him when to deliver and that the product was done for a long time now and that he would deliver in the new year. I then had to call him every week - many times he would ignore my calls and I ended up calling him with a different number then he picked up. He eventually told me he would deliver 2 weeks ago. Its February - after multiple calls and messages that he just ignores I am still waiting for him to deliver after he promised he would deliver in Jan. He keeps lying and saying the work is done he must just deliver. I have also offered to collect but he refused this option. Don't bother using this company unless you want to beg for things that you have already paid for. He delivered a product in a colour I specifically told him I DO NOT want but now I'm stuck with it as I'm tired of begging for something he claims is completed but still not delivered basically 6months later. The excuses range from his bakkie not working, him not being home, his delivery guy not able to and it raining. All seems reasonable until there is a new excuse every time you call with absolutely no communication or feedback from him. Absolutely disgusted that I wasted my time and money on a product that I didn't get "custom" made. I might as well have purchased it in a store with a garauntee which I would have retured if the colour and size is wrong.
<p>I keep getting calls from an 087 358 3161 number multiple times a day. I called them back, found out it was the Mr Price group and eventually, after waiting a long time got to an agent who told me they cannot find a reason for them calling me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then requested that she makes a note for them to stop calling, and she said she would. I am STILL getting calls. </p> <p>Everytime I answer there is nobody on the other side, or the call drops. Usually I just leave it. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is seriously annoying getting calls multiple times a day for no reason. No message nothing! </p> <p>PLEASE STOP calling me! I cannot spend more than 15mins on the line to the call centre everyday to ask to be removed. I am seriously considering just closing my account and asking for all my details to be removed. </p>
On Sunday, 24 Jan 2016, I went to purchase a TV from the Game at Cape Gate for my mother as a gift. Nobody was in the department and when I asked somebody from another department to help, they refused saying it is not their problem. I finally got one of the people to speak to me (do not know his name, no name tag) and while I was talking he turned to another customer and totally ignored me. I asked somebody else about a certain TV and was told they had no stock and he walked away. No alternatives were offered, it was as if they did not want to make sales that day. I eventually just took a TV from the floor and put it in my trolley, then they all came running saying that they need to put it on the system. They obviously just wanted the sale.<br> <br> I went to customer services, where Felicia (while rolling her eyes at me) said she would assist. We walked to the back of the store where she called the person who was rude, and he said he was on tea. She kept making excuses and said there are only two people. We were in the department for more than 5mins waiting and there was nobody. She took my number, apologized and said the manager would contact me and I am still waiting two days later.
I went into the MTN store at Cape Gate and received awesome service. I was helped within minutes and when they didn't have the product I wanted I was told I will get a call. I got the call and Melissa (the person who assisted me) was extremely helpful and when I went to pick up my product she had already gone home. To my surprise as promised she informed her colleague (Sally) that I will be coming and everything was ready. <br> <br> They did a sim swap that took less than 10 mins and my new device was completely set up and ready for use by the time I left the store. All the paperwork was done swiftly and both Melissa and Sally answered every question I had with a smile. <br> <br> Keep up the awesome work guys! I was put off by a MTN store before but you guys restored my faith.
So Takealot advertised daily deals from 7am daily, apparently it is from 9am weekends yet the site states 7am EVERYDAY! I am really disappointed since in the week I missed most of the good deals since their news letter always seems to come outafter everything. I woke especially for this reason and feel that they are a tardy bunch. Terrible service! I feel if your site states one thing you should honour your promises.
