Paxi stole my parcel worth R1500. They did not inform me that i need to insure the parcel and now they claim the courier vehicle was hijacked and they call only pay me R500
Disgusting service from Frida and her Manager in Bloemfontein. I lodged a complaint 3 weeks ago about a couch that I bought from them. No feedback has been given instead they r giving me stinking behaviour over the phone by talking while Im talking. I would suggest that you teach your sales people how to deal with customers
Petrol attendant spilled my fuel and expected me to pay full price. I called the manager and the petrol attendant by the name of Musa was tild by his manager to apologise but he refused. The manager had to call the owner, and the owner apologised on his behalf. Im still disgusted in the poor service from that Musa boy
Disappointed in money transfer. Money was transferred on 13 November and today is 20th November and funds have not cleared. Call centre agent Dineo was very rude, she told me to wait for 72hrs. When I called in on the 19th November at 14h30 Dineo told me to wait for an sms with new details. I told her 72hr had long passed she said the sun has not set so I should wait till the sun sets. Today is the 20th and I still have not received an sms with new pin. I want my money please. I do not owe you nor Absa bank
The lady by the name Andiswa has a stinking attitude. My boyfriend was booked in at Florida Hotel this week and all along they knew I was there with him. Yesterday when I went to get my stuff Andiswa lied and told me my boyfriend had checked out. I called my boyfriend and he said he is still booked in. I requested that I get my stuff from the room, Andiswa refused and told me the room had been cleared and there was nothing that belonged to me. I asked my boyfriend to come back to the hotel to get my stuff Andiswa allowed him to go around the counter but later when I asked the lady who was doing the night shift to go around so I could use the mirror, she told me that guests cannot go around the counter. I went to the hotel today regarding a complaint and the same Andiswa refused to listen and was just being a big mouth. And only today they they(Andiswa and her supervisor) are telling that only registered guests are allowed to go to the room but this whole time they have been allowing to go up to the room. Im really disgusted by her attitude and I will see to it that my company doesnt book at Florida hotel ever again because of Andiswa stinking attitude
I bought a pair of eyelure lashes from Dischem in Pinecrest. I sent them an email complaining about the pack i bough, it had no glue and i only realised when i got home that the packet had been opened before. On Monday i got a call from a lady who asked me if i bought pre-glued or non-glued one. I told her i dont ever buy the pre-glued ones and she said i must come in store to get another pack. I went to the store only to be told the difference between the two( which i already know) Im really ****ed because all they told me in store could've been explained to me over the phone. I wasted my petrol for sweet nothing. Im really ****ed and will spread the word about the bad service from the store!!!!!
Im disgusted in how your petrol attended attend to us clients. Yesterday after work Mthoko Mpanza said he would call the supervisor for me and I waited for a good 10 min with no sign of the supervisor coming to attended to me. Instead he had a lil chat with his colleague and I heard them saying I was acting crazy. This is not the first time having such attitude from the same petrol attendant. I would like to have an appoint with you so you can discipline your staff in my presence.
Im so disgusted with the service I got from Bizana Shoprite. Both the supermarket and liquor store. I had to wait for the cashier who was no where to be seen, when she arrived -she didnt bother 2 apologise nor greet. She had an attitude. I using my card 2 pay, she didnt didnt turn the speedpoint for me to punch in my pin... I think we ad customers should be notified when Shoprite has employed people that cannot talk so that we are aware and not expect the cashier or staff to talk when attending to the customer... I will make it a point that I tell every1 in my community to stop shopping at Shoprite unless they want stinking attitude n service. The cashier's name is Nonzwakazi Nkondlo!!!!!!!
Bad Service from the cashier(Valerie) when I went to pay for the fuel. She turned her back on me when I expected her to attend to me. When she decided to help me, she left me waiting for my slip. She did not even bother to ask what i was waiting for. Another cashier handed me the slip while Valerie was already attending to the next customer. Im very disappointed in your service.
<p>I reported a fraudulent ugrade in March 2015 but the case has not been resolved. I was suspended at work today because of this unresolved case </p>
