I ordered from Checkers Sixty60 and the store was Baywest mall, I orderee at 13:06 and only for them to send an email to say it was delivered at 14:12 while it was not. I emailed their help center and called them and the matter was being checked with the store howver the store never called or no one called to say what has happened! 4 hours has paased since my order and they only for checkers to just cancel my order and credited the wallet. This is poor customer service! I could have ordered to a different store but I didn't, only to get this pathetic service from Checkers! It's four hours later, now I have to make other means due to the poor service I have received and who knows how long will it take to get my money back!
How I wish I had seen this review before placing my order. I placed mine on 6 Dec and after the payment she's been MIA. Doesn't not respond to messages. Absolutely disgusted. Also saw another review today which alluded to the samething. Her name is Noloyiso Lubelwana
We bought chicken from the sheerwood Spar and when we got home we realised it was off and we took it back. On arrival we went to the kiosk and requested for the manager. The cashier took the chicken and went to go speak to the manager. We were then told the manager will issue us the slip and when the slip was ready the cashier just came back and asked us if we would like to take something else or cash refund. We were shocked because we had asked for the manager and he never came to us. We had to insist in order to see the supervisor by the name of Melanie which she showed no interest in what we had to say then the manager by the name of 'Eric' told us he was not aware of this issue meanwhile they had been sending the cashier to give us our refund. The customer service was so poor especially from the people who should be superior. We eventually asked for the people above them and the info was not forthcoming which ended up in a frustrating situation from our side. This whole situation could have been avoided if the manager had came and spoken to us as he should have instead of not wanting to speak to a customer!

Worst Service!!!! I bought electricity via the app, transaction went through but I still have not received my token. This was 2 hours ago. I've called their customer care number which they claim is 24/7 but you wait until you runout of airtime. I have also emailed but have not received any response and I'm running out of Electricity!
I received a parcel yesterday with facial products which I did not order and when I opened the box I found an invoice inside with a total amount of R 2 505 (which I never agreed) with a monthly instalment starting from 01 April 2019. I remember getting a phone call on the 28 February 2019 from one of the consultants and I specifically told the consultant that I would not be able to afford these products therefore I am not interest but clearly that was ignored and she processed the delivery. I will NOT be paying for these products therefore the same way they were delivered to my place, they must be collected as I will not be tricked into something I did not give my consent to! I have Not given my consent for my account to be debited and this had better not go through. After this whole mess, my details must be deleted from your database as I want nothing to do with this brand / company!!
