It was my favorite restaurant, quality is very good. But: Now is 3 times I went there and I see very bad behaviors from the their team, specially from the person stay at the gate. They write my name for reservations I waited 45 minutes then they said we do not have space yet. We were 3 persons, they have it but because I said I am not happy then they give it to 2 persons. that came after us (the table that for 3 person) They are very for customer services.

You damage my life: I cannot connect my meetings and affect my income and money of family My cameras cannot work and it is affect my family safety My smart tools did not work and affect health of my family … You need to solve it now; I pay monthly R1095 that is not cheap but I do not receive services that I pay for it. (It is your issue because before that we used SADV we do not have this issue but now in less than a week minimum 2 times you affect my life negatively) Please solve issue now. Regards, Shahram
SADV transfer us to you! It is the worst thing that can be happen;my fiber did not work and your phone just a recorded voice and nobody answering and you did not answer emails! I paid monthly R1095,it is not cheap, but I did not receive the service! You affected negatively our family, safety, money, … . Now I cannot attend my meeting and tomorrow if my company make problem for me then uou responsible for it.
Hi, hope you are fine Again from last night I do not have access to my fiber and it is affect our life because all smart tools work with it. I called SADV but they cannot solve it. I opened ticket (SA186235) and feedback is “Issue has been escalated to vumatel, we suspect that link is currently testing down Fault ref :ISP-856963” Also I have important meetings and this issue will affect my job and … (e.g revenue) if it will not solve by 10:00 am. I used my phone data (hot spot) and pay high amount of money for by data to keep all tools and … connected to internet. It is not possible I pay monthly R 1095 (it is not cheap) then also I paid for mobile data (same amount and more) please solve issue immediately because it is affect negatively on our life, health, safety, money, … . SADV did not answer phone after 19 pm, from 21:00 pm I have not access to My FIber. I open the ticket but I cannot wait until 07:00 am maybe someone see it. Also I try contact vumatel but I could not find any number.

My contract finished on oct/20, I went to sandton branch and he mentioned I can keep it without cancel contract just pay each month around 100 rand for data and airtime of my contract. But again MTN picked money from my account (1789 rand) I went to branch again but they did not help. MTN need to back money that picked extra, to my account.
After 7 years I did not receive my CashBack. I called and go there (Sandton office) but they promised to solve but nothing happen.

From 13/Nov/2018 I received the sms from a company (Nudebt) that said I must pay R1400 because of outstanding payment?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them and said to them send the outstanding invoice of telkom to me but she said we do not have it, only system show you must pay this amount. I received the SMS from P&P attorneys today that "letter of Demand will now be issued. To avoid further legal action pay 1966.81 R" If your claim is correct (that is not) how the amount increased 40% in 2 months?!!!!!!!! I called P&P two times and asked to send they documents but they did not send it to me. There is no written notice, no supporting documentation, no emails-nothing. I asked P&P to the cancelation but yet they continue to harrass me via sms. As per the consumer protection act- "When a consumer has defaulted, the credit provider must first notify the consumer in writing of the status of the account. The consumer is in default if his account is 20 business days in arrears. In the notice the credit provider must propose that the customer refer to the credit agreement to a debt counselor or a consumer court or an Ombudsman with the authority to handle any possible disputes. The purpose of such a referral is to enable the consumer and the credit provider to resolve the matter or agree to a plan to bring the repayments to date. A credit provider cannot take legal action against a consumer before first notifying the consumer of the default and to draw his attention to his/her rights in this regard." A similar situation was raised in the following news article regarding P&P attorneys and Telkom:"www.news24.com/Archives/Witness/Dont-be-bullied-in-dealings-with-collectors-and-lawyers- ********** 0" You cannot alert a business of legal action via a text message!! We have to date, not received any notice of outstanding payments, letter of intent to handover to debt collectors or an invoice claiming the outstanding amount. You have my postal address as well as my accounts email- it's is basic administration duties. Telkom, It should have been cancelled as per my request in November/2017. I have emailed several times with no response ().I would highly appreciate your branch manager or CEO makes contact with me so that we can be reimbursed for the errors you made. I will go open the case of fraud and scam for telkom and I will go open the case for NuDebt and P&P attorneys that send threatening sms to me about legal action. Is not possible I receive sms and ask pay money without any backup document then threatening me. Telkom, Nudebt, and P&P attorneys effect on my safety.</div>
