ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT - Netcare, have you ever tried to make contact with anyone in your accounts department????? Should you succeed to get through to Sunward Park or even the central office number you put on hold only for the call to drop off or be cut off. totally pathetic and ***********.
ordered an online perfume off Facebook and yet to receive goods and no contact details besides an email, this company is ****mers and be warned that your goods will not be received, working off Facebook platform.
On the 8th of December I ordered Tyres online from their webpage, received a call stating they don't have this brand that they advertise on their webpage, but can supply an alternative brand that has a similar tread pattern and same size tyre. OK so fine with me, a few follow up calls in late December to find out when I can collect as payment was done upfront, Waiting on stock was the feedback, went on holiday and told them I will collect in January, come back and get told they only have 3 of the 4 tyres, so then follow up by email and calls to their staff who are all useless and never return your calls and emails, especially JHB branch. have requested a refund and still no communication from these clowns!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIER ONLINE SHOPPING PLATFORM ITS A JOKE!!!
Did King price go beyond my expectations today? they most certainly did, I want to thank Nobukosibake Magwa on the excellent and professional manner in which she handled the breakdown of my Sons car, I was stuck in a meeting and the level of expertise, was shown when she took control of the situation and managed it from start to finish with the towing services and continually informing me of all the processes. Well done you have a star on your hands.....

Never have i come across such a bunch of incompetent *****s......</p> <p>I applied for their service, got this fancy email stating line of site for 10MB service was perfect. so i paid my R4730.00 for installation on the 02/07/2017 they arive to install the dish the following week, only to advise no signal, the week thereafter they try again, no Signal. We agree on a refund 08/07/2017, multiple emails and promises from LIZ & JACQUI with the same old stories. "waiting for directors to release:" 3 WEEKS AND NO REFUND YET</p> <p>I am surprised you still in business!!!!!!</p> <p>RECCOMENDATION - NEW CUSTOMERS - LINE OF SIGHT TO BE DONE BEFORE YOU PAY A DEPOSIT.</p>
