Mochachos heidelberg mall managed to mess up my order AGAIN! of the 4 times ive ordered food from them in 2 months, they've managed to mess it up 3 times. The chicken in the burgers were paper thin. The paper thin chicken was hard and overcooked... what do you expect when you cutting portions. The chips are definitely not mochachos standards and the chicken strips smell and taste burnt. Of all the mochachos across Gauteng, heidelberg mall should take an award for the WORST! Does mochachos head office not give a damn about their store, reputation, training of employees or food quality??? AND YOUR DAMN CARD MACHINE IS FAULTY!
On the 20th December I stopped at BP cnt Swartkoppies and potgieter str in Alberton. I sent my nephew in for some refreshments. Luckily I decided to go into the shop a few minutes after him when I noticed the security guard harassing him. Screaming and shouting at a 13 year old kid, swearing, calling him derogatory terms, calling him a thief. He then insists a 3 year old kid must wear a mask and hits my arm as he passes. During such a pandemic, social distancing is just as important as masks, if not, more important. BP should consider hiring more trained and professional staff as I will Never in my life shop at this store again. The guards behavior is unacceptable and I am hoping head office could review camera footage. Game Heidelberg mall.. I entered your store to purchase a couch. This particular item was sold out but I received very friendly and professional service from Sphiwe Nkosi. His enthusiasm in assisting customers makes him a great asset to your business. I'd highly recommend him for any incentives program offered by Game.
I Went to the Heidelberg mall store to make a payment on my account. Firstly the female cashier was quite rude. Secondly, there seemed to be a problem with their system as it kept refusing my payment. Why would edgars management upgrade to a non-functional system? If their system doesn't allow for one to make simple payments on their accounts, then why is the store open? Perhaps this complain would reach a higher level of management that could assist. My payments declined twice at edgars, I thereafter made numerous purchases at other stores at the mall so it definitely was NOT my bank. Before getting your credit department to call me regarding payment, fix your issues. I don't have the time to keep running to edgars due to their inefficiency.
Sold me fake vape liquid. When contacting them on Facebook, the owner blocks me. I purchased these flavours from this particular shop as I didn't think a business would be allowed to deal in counterfeit, cheap, pirate knockoff illegal products. Carnival mall should definitely reconsider what traders they are allowed businesses to. Better internal control procedures are definitely needed in shopping malls, and the relevant law enforcement needs to be informed about such criminal activities. Who knows what fatal in lessens could arise had I not found out it wasn't original after tasting it. Someone please assist with the entire tobacco ville criminal ring.
Firstly i would like to know why NDS is calling me as the contract has been fully paid and closed months ago. NDS harrasses me on a daily basis by calling repeatedly at odd hours of the morning throughout the day and untill late at night. A bunch of incompetent idiots as i have been decently trying to assist them but they cant seem to understand that their records and their company are THE PROBLEM! My last call with them had a vulgar call centre lady on the line. I would appreciate if someone could burn this company to the ground. Maybe that wpuld be the only way to get them to stop calling me. I HATE NDS!!!!!!
My cellc contract has been cancelled about 4 months ago and a final manual payment had to be made as the last debit order doesn't go through, it has to be manually paid, as was done, 4 MONTHS AGO!!! NDS keeps phoning me at odd times of the day and night telling me to pay my account and refusing to reconcile their records with Cellc. This is beginning to feel like harassment and I'm becoming highly irritated. Could someone in this company please wake up and do their job!!! :( :( :( my number is 0788600509 if this will not fall on deaf ears.
