I purchased a pair of Nike Pegasus 39 from a Totalsport store in January 2023. I am a avid runner and are very well informed when it comes to running shoes. I went for a run in these shoes on Monday the 13/03/2023. I felt something was odd with the shoes as if the had no cushioning in the forefoot. When I got home I checked and saw that I stepped into a thorn. The front air pocket of the shoes was collapsed. I returned the shoes to Totalsports that morning at 09:00 just to be told that this is not a factory defect and they cant help me. When I asked to speak to a senior manager I was told that this person was in a meeting. I was handed the number to customer service. I phones customer service to lodge a complaint and was promised a reference number which I never received. When I got back to work I mailed a complaint to customer services. I had to phone them and ask them for my original complaint reference number. I have had 4 previous model Nike Pegasus and in the past returned a pair with a similar problem to a Toatlsports store which replaced the shoe. I received a call from the store manager on the 14/03/2023 to inform me that they can not do anything for me. I asked to speak to her senior but once again (Tariq ) the senior manager was on the road and could not be bothered. I have contacted Nike South Africa and they do not have a problem with replacing the shoes. This must tell me that this is not a Nike policy but a Totalsports Policy. This is shocking customer service. Please feel free to contact me if you are not in a meeting or not on the road or to busy for your customers.
Very nice website. Only one problem. Once they get a payment. You do not get 1 cent. Forget about the add saying they take 25% and you get 75%. They get 100% and steal your 75%. My case was settled out of court and payment was made the 31.08.2022 I have not received a cent. Good luck trying to get hold off them. Once they have the money no email or whatsapp. SCAMMERS! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
I bought a phone from Sportscene Middestad Mall. ( Hi Online). the phone i bought was the last one in there display. The box was not sealed when I received the phone as this was the last one the had. 3 Weeks later the phone went completely dead. I returned it to the store where I was told that they had a 7 day out of box policy. I was willing to take a refund on that phone and buy another one, but they gave me a loan phone after a huge fight and a call to the regional manager. I had to phone them to track the process of the repair of my phone. When I phoned on Monday the 28/08/2017 I got told that Vodacom has fixed my phone and it is on the way to the store. They must have used snail mail because by Thursday 31/07/2017 my phone was returned to the store. I then received a phone call telling me that the phone was not fixed due to water damage. This is extremely strange as the phone was never near any liquids. I then phoned Their head office that logged a complaint and would have phoned me back. I had to phone them later the afternoon to find out when they are going to call me back. I got told no complaint was logged. I then had to explain the problem again. I wanted to speak a manager but they were all in meetings. Great customer service. The person I spoke to gave me the operations managers number. This was at 16:00. After 3 calls which i only got voice mail, I gave up. All I want is a refund or alternatively the exact phone that I purchased. I have had phones for 22 years and have never had a water damaged phone. I ran a 27km race with my Iphone 5 on a day that was 39 degrees in Paarl. That phone was sold with no problems. I expect to be contacted.
We bought a Genesis vacuum cleaner from N1 City Verimark on the 03/10/2015. We previously had two Sharkys which worked. We were informed that they have a refurbished model which carries the same guarantee as a brand new model. After fully charging the vacuum we found that it worked sluggish and did not pick up all dirt or dog hair as advertised. On returning the vacuum on the 13/10/2015 the sales assistant tested the vacuum on the shops floor. The shop does not have a carpet but tiles. We use the vacuum on a carpet. My Mother in law got sent away with the message that the item does work. My wife phoned Verimark Head Office where Thabo once again informed her about the 14 day money back guarantee. He sent a email to the shop and informed my wife that we should take the item back on Saturday 17/10/2015. Why was the item not replaced or money refunded when we visited the store on the 13/10/2015. This is very poor service. I want a replacement or my money back when I go back, at my expense on Saturday.
After a few years of paying RLDaly attorneys (Rcs attorneys) I requested yet another statement from RCS Or RL Daly. Rcs was prompt to reply that my account is now a R1000 in credit. I then sent a email to request that they check with there attorneys to make sure that there were no outstanding legal fees. I phoned the attorneys on Tuesday 11/08/2015 who informed me that the account was closed. I had to phone RCS again to sort this out.<br> After more emails i was informed that I will have to wait till the 21st of August as there payments gets done once a week. <br> <br> I wonder if this would have worked with them or their attorneys if I told them that my payments take a working week as I only process payments once a week. <br> <br> They are quick to sent threatening text messages, emails and phone calls to you and your family, not that quick when they owe you.<br> <br> RCS sort this out. You have your money no I want mine.
