My son has been working for adcorp blu at Lordsview. He is been retreched since 2025 June. It's been 3 weeks now since he has requested for his UI19 form with no luck. He is waisting his airtime buy calling the company they keep saying there is a bad lock of UI19. I don't think sending UI19 can take so long something it's fishy here
2 moths back Tiro Alex Mall has promised my sister that they will refund her because she's can't afford to pay the stone anymore. They said as soon as they have the money they will call her to come and collect it. My sister is unemployed and she's taking care of her children and grandchildren why did they make the promise that they now that they can not keep it😔3000 is a lot of money I for one I believe it is the customer right to refund especially after promising her
I had a hospital plan with discovery for R1050 I have canceled it so may times and they keep on deducting, late month on the 4th they called me to say everything it's been resolved after after I have reported them to hellopeter, today I see a debit order of R13455 I'm not even sure what is for. This time I want them to pay all my R25 unpaid that they are costing me I'm really tired of them
I had a hospital plan that I was paying for my son Sizwe Mbele that was canceled last year already but they keep on debiting my account every month. Sad part is the debit order it's always returned and they charge me 25 for the unpaid, I keep calling, writing mails to Discovery to explain the matter. Each time that I call they said they will fix till now it's still deducting my question is who is going to return my R25 for unpaid? Can Discovery take this matter seriously as it costing me a lot. I have order the 2 sim card since the 18th of September 2023 and it has not yet been delivered till today it's month now waiting for my order. Each time when I call they said they have escalated the matter please assist I want my order to de deliver ASAP escalation number 11874601

Good afternoon I would like to report poor service that I have received from Bedell Ferreira they have called me in May regarding my son's acc then I have send them proof of paid up, which was send by them in 2019,till this date they keep on sending me mails and messages that they will black list me, where else they said my acc it's been handed to the manager to clear my name Im so frustrated and angry as the manager does get back to me and they can't even transfer the call to her, will be gladly if you can assist thanks
Went to standard bank on the 03/07/2015 to settle my loan account as im no longer working but the consultant did not close tha account she left it active,then I wrotte to Hello peter they respond to it that they will call me but still no call they keep on sending me a message that they will hand me over
I went to the branch on the 03/07/2015 to pay off the balance as I was retrenched from work,but the consultant never close off the account and now the bank claim I owe them R550 intrest
Retrenchment claim not been fanilsed since from the 31 july till now each time I call don't get help
