Dear Principal Dealer I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way my after sales experience has been handled after buying a Demo car with 11000km from your Audi Vereeniging dealership on 02/11/2023. I had serious problems with the gear box on my car which Audi were unable to help me with, It was towed to the Audi dealership in Bloemfontein. The tow truck could not tow the car at first as they could not move the gear in park to neutral, Audi Assist called an Audi Technician who came and open the gear box, inserted a pin to shift it to neutral. The gear box had no liquid spillage whatsoever when he showed me at the time he open it in order to be towed. After their investigation, the Audi Bloemfontein dealership informed me that there had been a coffee and soft drink spillage in the gear box. I find this quite surprising as I do not even drink coffee and have not tampered with the gear box in any way. In addition, the dealership have informed me that they cannot fix the problem as it is not covered under my warranty, and I am expected to pay for it. On top of that, they will soon charge me for storage. I have attempted to reach out to the Audi Vereeniging dealership that sold me the car, but I have yet to receive any assistance. As a single mother who relies on her car, I am extremely inconvenienced by this. I have no car to take my daughter to school and yet I am still expected to make payments. <p>I bought a brand new VW Polo Hatchback on the 16 January 2014 from VW Menlyn branch and on the 28 February 2014 the CD and Aux did not wanna play and the radio had a funny running noise every second. On the 07th March 2014 VW Menlyn fixed my radio and informed me that they have installed a brand new radio.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I experience the same problem and called VW Menlyn, they gave me running around not wanting to assist me and promised to call me and todate I still have not received their phone call and my radio is still faulty.</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Mandisa</p>
I relocated to Cape Town on the 28th June, Execu-move was the company responsible for my removals from Pretoria to Cape Town. My goods were stored in their storage for the month of July. Upon receiving my goods on the 04th August some of my goods were damaged. I informed them, they requested the photos and I submitted the photos but to my surprise Lance Monnery the Operation Manager wrote a letter stating that the reason why my goods were damaged was due to repeated handling as they handled my goods 6 times. He made allegations that if it was another removal company it could have been worse. His attitude and statement was very annoying to say the list: Firstly they are obliged to render a good quality service to a client, contract that I have signed stipulates that the goods will be in good care, thirdly he does not have evidence and facts to support the allegations.<br> Their service is appalling and leaves the customer very frustrated even worse the attitude and the nerve to write that letter.<br> <br> I DO NOT RECOMMEND EXECU-MOVE as the company to do removals and taking care of their service instead they leave you frustrated.<br> <br> Regards<br> Mandisa
Grindrod has transported my car from Pretoria to Cape Town as I was relocating to Cape Town. I dropped the car at their depot in Rosslyn Pretoria North on the 26th June 2015. Upon receiving my car in Cape Town on the 03rd July 2015, my car was damaged on the front left bumper, the damaged was due to someone bumped it while transporting. I reported to Grindrod and they requested 3 quotes from the panel beaters, quotes were submitted including the pictures of the damaged area, the receipt document shows there was no damaged when the car was checked in at the depot. I followed up with Anusha from the Durban branch, up to date I am being thrown from pillar to post and my car is still not fixed. I am driving around with a damaged car and these people have been paid for the transportation of my car and now they are running away from their responsibility trying to avoid the damaged that they have caused.<br> <br> I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use Grindrod to transport their goods as they do not fulfill what is stipulated to the contract instead they leave customers frustrated.<br> <br> Regards<br> Mandisa
Good Morning All<br> <br> I would like to express my disappointment for the service I have received from Santam after my car accident. Car accident was on the 03/01/15, car was taken in on the 05/01/15. The Isazi Motor Assessors assessed the car and sent it to JH Botsch & Sons in Hercules, Pretoria West. On the 13/02/15 I received the car, to my surprise my car came back with a horrible funny sound in front where the car accident occurred.<br> I called the JH Botsch panel beaters on the 17/02/15 reported the issue & spoke to Kobus, they told me that they will discuss the issue with Isazi motor assessor &feedback. After 2 weeks with no feedback I called them on the 04/03/15 Piet subsequently called the assessor only on that day. Mr Jannie Nelson(assessor) called me &asked me to go back to the panel beaters,on the 05/03/15 I went to the panel beaters Piet &Kobus checked my car, test drive it & they agreed that there is funny sound but they were confused what causing it. they informed me they will take it up with the assessor &no feedback was given. I was again requested to go back to them still no feedback. They refusing to repair saying its not accident related, my car is a brand new 01/2015
