Their chats sucks I have been waiting for my sim card for more than 8 days , when I recieved it it takes forever for me to get hold of them to activate the SIM card . Keep on sending emails and chats no response I am very disappointed and I need someone to call me urgently regards cancellation and my refund I can't take this nonsense anymore
My son is register for supplementay May/ June exams , march month i have been calling the department of Education regards center and no answer on their phones i wrote and email to them to enquire about the center at the beginnig of this month bolow is the response of the emails Good day I called the school for address ; they advise me the area is not safe especial if his going to use public transport The schools that he can use that is close by is Ntsebenziswano High School , Bongolwethu Primary those school are very close to public transport I don’t want to put my son life I danger special his writing exams in the afternoon , Brownsfarm is a danger zone area Kindly assist as urgent Good Day Kindly note that the deadline for any corrections was March 31st, please note that no changes can be made at this point as candidates had a week to indicate any changes. My mom was at the Athlone offices on the 02/06/2022 for the 2nd time after she waited for more than 11 hours they told her she need to go to Gugulethu offices today she was at Gugulethu offices I paid someone to queue for her at 03:00 am they told her that Athlone offices never sent her staff to them so she can’t be assisted. I reported the on and off electricity 3 weeks ago and I have been calling for follow up every day still didn’t get any help. Tv, laptop, computer, big plate of stove, extension is damaged in this 3 weeks so how much much. This is too much
I bought a shoe for my son he only wore that s**** for 15 days and the heel was damaged and the glue also comes out; I sent it back to waterfront store they told me they gonna send it to manufacture and it’s not factory fault it’s the way my son walk of which it’s not true he can’t wore a shoe less than a month and then it’s damaged . They called me yesterday 01/02 to tell me I need to pay R155 for them to fix the shoe. Imagine that shoe it’s not even a month his wearing it. I am so disappointed
