A complete scam by rude people
A complete scam. They harass you to complete your company info for a free listing and then bury a 15K quarterly charge into fine print. Report them to https://www.saconsumercomplaints.co.za/contact/

Poor service and form MacNoDo
I ordered 3 meals at the new McDonalds Drive Thru in Milnerton and was given a packet with only 2 meals in it. I only opened it when i was already too far to return to complain. Next time i was in the area (one week later which was 25th May at 1pm) I went into the branch to ask to see the manager to explain the situation. I no longer had my invoice from the previous weeks purchase and the front office person told me that the manager would not see me and there no recourse for their error.

Useless rip off company
They took 4 weeks to give me a quote at a hugely inflated price for a part that they could not source. I had already found the same info in a 2 minute phone call to DEFY. They promised to get a manager to call me which has never happened. I will never call them again.

Useless appliance repair company in Cape Town
FIXXIT repairman came to look at my fridge at a call out fee of R500 and told me the company would send me a quote, as the motherboard was blown. 3 weeks later after almost daily phone calls from Kaylen (an intern) called me to ask for the code on the fridge so they could prepare a quote. What a waste of time and R500. I have asked them to return the R500 for wasting my time but they have refused saying the call out fee (for doing nothing) is not refundable. Find another company who will do what they say so you do not get stuck like me

Future Telekoms stole my money
Beware of buying from these crooks - i spent R5000 on a new phone that they did not have in stock and after 2 months I still cannot get a refund. Neither Raplh nor is manager Azi will answer my emails. I filed a complaint with CPA to recover my money which is a waste of my time. Crooks like this give the internet a bad name

Beware of being listed on Groupon
I listed some sale products of a well known international brand on Groupon 4 years ago and no longer wish them to come up in google search engines, as this is potentially damaging to the brand's reputation. Groupon are unable to remove my listing from their server so it appears that I am still offering these styles on Groupon 4 years later, with out-of-date messaging, which is causing a fall out with my international brand owner.
