Bad Service, I have experiencing extremely bad service with King Price Insurance AGAIN. The first time my car was taken to their recommended panel beater which did not repair the vehicle according to my satisfactory. After calling my insurance numerous time complaining, King Price never assisted me. When I reminded them about the bad encounter they have no records of this matter whatsoever. I then left for a while and decided to return, AGAIN the service has not improved. I log in an accident claim and spoke to a consultant called Lesego who was very hostile towards me, and they recommended a accompany that was not in their panel but they insisted it was (I could have been embarrassed if I had take my vehicle there). I then received an email where I should take the vehicle to, soon after the vehicle was dropped off, I received another email referring me to another company for repairs. Clearly communication amongst them is extremely poor. I am extremely disappointed with King Price Insurance.
I had exremely bad service with the Department of Home Affairs Sandton City so much so that I have decided to close the account I had opened. I might as well go to Home Affairs offices. The ladies there referred me to another desk for assistance after waiting for about 30 minutes, the person sent me to the online self service only to find the system offline.
I have been trying to call William Hunt Fourways, Vehicle Section for the past 2hrs and leaving the message but up until now no-one has called me back. These guys do not take customers serious and this is not the first time experiencing such extremely BAD SERVICE with them.
I wish to express the feeling of disappointment that I encountered at FNB Sandton City yesterday 13/12/2024. I received a ticket when I walked in and was never attended to. People would come in go until I raised this with a consultant but still was never attended until I left the bank without service. Today I tried to call to FNB Call Centre division, the lines get cut off and they don't phone back clients. So I haven not received any services I need from FNB, i'm disappointed. I have been trying to cancell credit life with ABSA which I did not agree to, since the first week on November, to-date 03 December 2024 no one has contacted me to close this query. This is very BAD and unprofessional. ABSA Home Loan CREDIT LIFE INSURANCE for a million times now, PLEASE CANCELL MY POLICY I DO NOT WANT IT!!!
I have been trying to call ABSA Life for the past week to avail. I went to the branch at Mall of Africa to see a financial consultant who said he will investigate my query and come back to me, to date I have not heard everything from Nishen Moodley. I am disappointed with ABSA services. Know that as and when you need urgent assistant you will not get.

The motor vehicle accident occurred in early December 2023 where the third party insured by Budget Insurance was at fault and was driving a company vehicle. I thought the process to recover the excess was left in the hands of my vehicle insurance to make a follow up. To my surprise the matter has been escalated to their attorneys who do not seem to have all the information of the third party to use as a follow up. Further more, I was not contacted by anyone updating me of the latest development I had to make calls myself. I'M VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED!
Sunglass Hut Sandton City Edgars Stores What a disappointment from the service of a lady called Deli at the store. She was on her cell phone (which I doubt is allowed), I was assisted by a gentleman called Lebo who was very kind and helpful but whenever he would ask Deli for clarity on certain things Deli would respond with an attitude and impatient, she seemed to have been gossiping with her other lady colleague (can't recall her name) I could hear whispering in soft voices making eye motions pointing at me (the customer). I believe she and her lady colleague should be removed from the front as their behaviour is unprofessional and denting the name of the store.
A lady by the name of Ayanda called me from FNB using the number 031 001 1015 at 08:57 from the marketing division. She was so rude and disrespectful that one can regret why I have an FNB account. I wish she can face consequences. I am disappointed!!! I would never take any FNB calls regarding marketing and would advice none should do so rather go to the branch for service.
