I have had an absolute administrative nightmare with OnePlan Pet Insurance. Their cancellation policy requires one month's notice to terminate a policy, which I more than comp**** with by giving 49 days' notice. Despite this, they are adamant that I am still liable for another debit order at the end of January. When I questioned how 49 days does not constitute sufficient notice, the only response I received was that I did not give a month's notice (which is inaccurate), and they apologised for the "inconvenience." This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, I am being charged for a service I am not using, and I have been left waiting for any meaningful follow-up to my query. I would strongly advise against dealing with this company
"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this nail salon. Before booking, I specifically enquired if they could do the matte colors and nail art I wanted. They assured me they could, which is the only reason I chose to go to them. Upon arrival, they didn’t have any matte colors available, and the nail art was poorly done—something that looked like a two-year-old could have done it, not at all what I requested. On top of that, the nail technician didn't introduce herself and maybe spoke 5 words throughout, making the experience even more unpleasant. I genuinely appreciated other businesses being upfront and honest about their limitations, saving me time and disappointment. For anyone considering this salon, I strongly recommend being very specific about your expectations regarding colors and the technician’s ability to execute detailed artwork. For the prices they charge, the quality of work and service is absolutely not worth it
Seamless, professional service from the Miway call center employee who arranged prompt roadside assistance for me with a professional service provider they utilise. Always a win when a life inconvenience can be managed with grace and speed
I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had with Takealot's customer service. I purchased a watch charger from them, but unfortunately, it did not fit my watch. I logged a return and dropped of the charger at one of their pick up points in it's original packaging as I received it. My refund on my return was declined due to the packaging having been opened. This is absolutely ridiculous! How are customers supposed to check or test a product without opening the packaging? It's a Catch-22 situation that leaves customers stuck with faulty or incorrect items. It took 2 weeks to resolve this issue and having to explain to a number of agents that it is physically impossible to check an item without taking it out of the packaging. It's frustrating to encounter such poor customer service from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Takealot. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I'll be reconsidering future purchases from them and am grateful that Amazon SA has come online.
Unfortunately, my experience with Snatcher was incredibly disappointing. After placing an order for items that were advertised as in stock, I was informed that they were actually out of stock. While I understand that inventory issues can occur, what followed was completely unacceptable. Despite multiple promises of a prompt refund, it took a staggering three months for me to receive my money back. The lack of communication throughout this process only added to the frustration. It's unacceptable for a company to hold onto a customer's funds for such an extended period, especially when the fault lies with them for falsely advertising available stock. The delay in refunding not only caused inconvenience but also eroded any trust I had in Snatcher. As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and timely resolution of issues. Unfortunately, Snatcher failed to meet these basic expectations. Moving forward, I will never make use of Snatcher again and would caution others to be wary of their reliability and customer service. It's essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and address issues promptly, and unfortunately, Snatcher fell short in this regard.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Staff blaming customers for Vannie Kaap not providing appropriate information about products. I have been a loyal customer for years now and have wholeheartedly supported this local initiative but I am very disappointed with the disregard the staff have for those that regularly support them. Very disappointed
