Audi and VW extremely poor after sales service, I spent 20k for a leaking water pump and its still faulty. Last Audi Car I ever get.
I am extremely disappointed at Audi SA worst service. A week ago my car was sent to Audi Umhlanga cause of a coolant problem. All costs ended up being 21000plus minus. This morning the car gives the same issue. This is the last Audi I purchase or advise anyone to purchase. I am awaiting the unhelpful Audi SA to contact me if I am not happy I am willing to let this car park for a while. I will address the issue with the Ombudsman(MIOSA). The very sarcastic Audi SA agent even works on my nerve asking me “what do you think should be done?”. I am sorry that’s not what I expect from a customer care agent who’s meant to be the one giving solutions. The worst part is the Audi near me(Richards Bay) has even worse service.
I am sick and tired of having to play cat and mouse when it’s time to claim. They have been issues since I started servicing my car at Audi umhlanga , It always starts off with one of motorites staff members not wanting to authorize a claim. Then after a few battles they authorize but a shortfall remains. I currently had to leave my car at Audi due to that. I want this matter sorted and I have learnt my lesson with doing business with this company. When they selling you this plan none is mentioned that you have to keep calling and fighting to get things sorted. I am failing to understand a maintenance plan that will have a shortfall with claims. I took this package so that I didn’t need to have such headaches. I am paying such a large amount monthly for this service and when I need it they don’t come to the picture. Today I was told by one of Motorites staff to drive my car away from the dealership. Extremely bad service for the past 6 months I have to fight and phone for my rental to be paid to me. This month 7 days have gone past and they even ignoring my calls. When they do pick up lies are spoken and I am told that it is going to be paid soon.
Please don't use this company, Its a scam even the phone numbers on the site don't work no one answers. they have 2 sites www.themovingco.co.za and www.nationalmoversa.co.za STAY AWAY. They even act like they going to refund your money.
Don’t use this company. They are scammers beware. I paid them in full and my stuff wasn’t taken for 6 weeks waiting. The calls don’t get answered and my money hasn’t been paid back. Its left me in such a bad position cause I had to be out of the storage 3 weeks ago. Thanks to East London storage for the support. They just don’t care when I email they tell me the admin office is closed since July started. I have a string of emails and have reported them to consumer protection. Vodacom's service has just gone worse. As a client I have experienced hell from them. All I need it to get my sim card activated without the fuss. It like I am paying for a service that I am not getting. I haven't been able to do my business work due to this. In the near future I would advise not to take Vodacom as an isp. The call centre has been passing me from the 082 111 number to the 0821945 number and back. I have been a tennis ball. They might respond here to hello peter but they won't get back to you. Advices use another service provider.
<br> I have been waiting 7 business days to receive a thumbs up about my contract . Since the application I haven't even received a ref no. I am an existing costumer I thought it would be a smooth process. I really feel like taking my business somewhere else. I did the application at Cavendish store in Cape Town by the look of it they aren't helpful as well. The call center that doesn't ever seem to work.<br>
This is becoming constant with unauthorised debt orders, Just hoping banks would set some polices protecting their clients. In a year you bound to find out to get more than 3 unauthorised debt orders. They are a waste of your time and money. I see banks don't care and it just proves how not secure your money. VERY SAD !!
