ACDirect is by far the worst online store I have ever dealt with, pay the R300 more for the item anywhere else, the amount of headaches, no communication, and lack of feedback is definitely not worth the R300 you will save. My order was placed 15 Jan 2025, it is now 11 Feb 2025, 27 Days later, I still haven't received my order, and still have no communication if it will be delivered or will they process my refund, sent them emails, zero response, they never answer their phones either!!

So bad service..., never use them if you want to keep sane.
Is there anybody at mrp home online store working? I have placed an order on the 29 Oct and have not received a single response from anybody. I need to phone you constantly and every-time I phone it will be delivered the next day or someone will contact me later today with an update, which never happens!!!! I will never buy anything from your online store again.
I have been billed by vodacom for entertainment services on my account from opratel nowmista and vodacom was billing me for entertainment services again after more than a month of struggling with them they credit my account and removed all services. I even send an sms to 31050 'STOP ALL' and they respond to me saying i'm not subscribed to any WASP services. I do know that vodacom entertainment services and wasp service arre not the same. Which comes back who activates this services on my account. Now all of a sudden i have entertainment services active again on my account, they say it is because i click on popups from webpages on my device. I do not click popups i do not reply to sms's i do not reply to spam sms's i do not know, and after this happened i am more vigilant on what im doing and i know for a fact that i did not sing or subscribed to any services. Vodacom can also not provide me with proof that i did.... if you are billing me from a certain period surely you should be able to provide me with proof that i signed/subscribed to something. This is really getting annoying!
I have a revolving loan that I closed on the 4 Jan 2018 i got told to pay R0.20 for them to be able to close the account which i though was petty so I made the payment. 7 Days later nothing, I phoned again got told the same story I logged call through online banking the escalated the query. I got billed R0.16 interets for the account for Feb, I phoned again today where the lady told me the account was scheduled to be closed on Thursday 22 Jan already but it is not closed. The customer service in the past year with FNB has gone to ****. I think it is time to start looking for a new Bank.
