Weskus Ford
Weskus Ford Parts division has probably the WORST service that I have experienced in the automotive industry, wrong parts ordered, customer not being notified of parts not arriving, communication 0 out of 10, email not being answered, bad, bad, bad service! The bird has whispered that Malmesbury Ford gives a 5 star rating service.

Sportsman's Warehouse online shopping
Sportsmans Warehouse is the best online shop for sports and other gear. Out of my two orders that I have placed, the first was delivered the next day and the second two days later. Sportsmans Warehouse is the preferred online sports shop by far. It is also beneficial for Discovery members to purchase with their miles and profile. Thank you Sportsmans Warehouse! Shane Willard

Totalsports online shopping
My order (order# p514381522) placed with Totalsports arriving on the 26th of July 2020 was split into two parts and of which I only received the first part (running shoes). I was then staying in a hotel. Due to the long time it took (and them splitting the order), it was delivered on the day I checked out. I then called and let Totalsports know that due to them taking that long to deliver they should reroute my order to my home in Cape Town of which they acknowledged. After a week and no delivery I called them and placed my querry with ref# RM 256011. I also called the hotel to make sure there were no deliveries after I checked out, there were none (I also left a message with my details at time of check out to make sure there are no mistakes). Thus far I had to call Totalsports constantly with empty promises and bad service a few times. I have to restate my querry almost every time and they keep on falsifying a delivery together with the running shoes of which I tell them my delivery not only states the running shoes. More than a month later I still do not have my other itmes delivered (socks, goggles, running belts and ear plugs for swimming). Totalsports have thus far only given me extremnely poor results with no results. Shane Willard

NetFlorist delivers on time and informs client
NetFlorist delivered my set of 24 red roses to my darling on time and informed me when the packed left as well as when it was delivered. I could order all the way from the other side of the globe. Very professional service, much appreciated!
