This is the worst service I have ever recieved from any Ford or any vehicle repairshop for that matter. I brought my car in to replace the cambelt on thursday 19 Sep 24. I was told I will get the car back on Friday. They later called me that other things need repairs and they need to order parts so if I agree I will get the car the following week, I agreed as I want the car to run well. 7 days later I have heard nothing from them. I called them the follwoing thursday (26 Sep 24), and I am told they did not work on my car at all because they are waiting for parts to arrive, I asked when are these parts arriving, i was told they dont know, its backorder parts it can take a week or 3 months. I was informed nothing, if was not asked if they should order the parts or if im willing to wait. Shareen van Heeden is always confused and uncertain when u ask her questions, that time she is the one who decides how much you pay for repairs, her customer service, interpersonal skills and attitude is very poor, she speaks to you like you are disturbing her. Who wud agree to leave their only car at a dealership for 3 months for parts to arrive. It is the only Ford branch in Saldanha, and I highly recommend Ford to close it down, They are an embarrasment to real hard working Ford branches across the country.

i bought a car and when they deliver the car there whas many things wrong. have send it back and when the car came back the shame thing just remember the whent in for a major service and they have just replave the oil and oil filter when i contact them the car went back again then they replace the timing belt and the spark plugs but not the air filter and the air filter whas like in block....i the reported them by the ombudsman and end them a mail and what they did they send the airfilter with one of the sales men where i must go and pick it up and i didnt go and fetch it becuase i whas more the willing to help...really if you in the market for a car look at another dealership because weskeus ford is just full of promises and i read about jaques venter in the previous reviewe but let me tel you i have send a lot of mails and he didnt even reply on one of them bad bad bad bad service for a dealership so the ball is now at the ombuds man.......regards vernon

I have never in my life experienced such bad service from a business. First i bought a car through financing and the initial sale went very smoothly but thats where it ended. It was just problems after problems yet i kept making my monthly installments. I even sent emails to their dealer principal who just ignored me. Finally after months of going back and forth they traded my car for another. When i received it there were some minor parts that needed replacing. A few control buttons, a visor, wipers and boot fittings. It has been 5 months and they have yet to give me any feedback on my parts. Getting answers from them is like pulling teeth. They dont even check in or update you on the status of your query. I have never regretted doing business with someone so much. I would surely never recommend them to anyone as they have no sense after sales service. Its like once the sale is through they dont care about the customer anymore.

It tool a week from getting approved for finance into getting the car delivered to me. Remote application was easy at some point but wasn't facilitated well cause the car wasn't delivered on the day I was promised. 3days later I learned that there's an OTP that I have to accept to finalize the deal. Unfortunately I lost interest on the whole deal and I wasn't going to afford the car as is. The process costed me insurance first premium and initiation fee which was deducted from my account before I could get the car physically delivered to me. Miway ended up paying the premium but could help with the R1200 that I was told it's the share of the broker that I asked for the details to Doret and Nathan to no avail.

I was not at all impressed with the service I received from Ford Vredenburg. I arrived at 7 AM (the time at which I was told to arrive to receive early service) and was naturally the first client on the premises. My car was booked in and collected for the workshop at 7.35 AM. I decided to wait at Ford because the replacement of two door hinges should not take much time. After 2 hours (at 9.35 AM) I asked for an update, which I only received 40 minutes later. At this point the hinges were installed and the payment to Ford had to be arranged. Both at the booking of the service (two days earlier) and booking in of my vehicle, I stated clearly that the billing should not proceed through me, to which both of the ladies in admin rep**** "we will get the details before the payment." The first invoice was not drafted properly (it had my details and not those of the paying third party) and the lady assisting me got frustrated with me and/or the process and had the audacity to tell me twice that I had to provide the details for the invoice at the original booking. You tell me, how would I know this if it was not communicated to me at the booking?! The second invoice was also not drafted properly, so I had to pay. R828 for 45 minutes of work (quoted from the admin lady herself) is daylight *******, especially since I had to spend 4 hours at Ford for 45 minutes of work. It is very important that you note that the invoice details for the paying third party were already provided to Ford when the parts were ordered and paid for 2 weeks earlier...I did not even have the complimentary car wash because that would've taken another hour (I was told).

Met julle positiewe uitkyk en positiewe approach wat kliënte diens aanbetref kan daar net wonderlike dinge vir julle vorentoe gebeur. Jacques, hou moed want jy is die dryfveer agter dit alles. I ordered from Weskus Ford in Vredenburg parts for a vehicle on Tuesday15 Feb 2022 and was promised by Angelo that everything would be available for pickup on Thursday 17 Feb between 2 and 3 in the afternoon. ( I thus scheduled the work as such). When I ordered I paid the amount in full so that someone else might pick it up if I cannot come. If I did not show up at Weskus Ford on Thursday at 16h15, after numerous phone calls to them, I would not have been phoned to let me know that only half of my order has arrived. I was told that I would receive my parts on Friday 18 Feb, as soon as the courier has landed. It is now already 14h24, they are supposed to be on their way.... Maybe if Weskus Ford Vredenburg takes the positive step to keep their clients informed of progress it would be beneficial to both parties. In this case people, your service sucked.
