I will not go into much detail because my frustration with this company stretches beyond words. All I can say is that this is by FAR the worst service I have EVER experienced from any business of any kind (financial or otherwise). Avoid at all costs
I traded in my Ford EcoSport. The process, starting online, was quick and pan-free. Everyone tries to accommodate you as best possible. Kurt and Saajid were friendly and professional. I would happily work with them again.

Ek het vandag my polis opdateur om my laptop, monitor, en foon by te voeg en Leigh het my blits vinnig uitgehelp en ingelig van al die belangrike veranderinge en ander polis ekstras wat ek kan verdien. Ek het nog net vir my windskerm ge-eis, en die was ook sonder pyn afgehandel.
I was impressed with the speedy service upon arrival, but they ended up taking 4 hours before even assessing my car. In all, I ended up waiting 7 hours for a BASIC SERVICE. They did not even adjust my handbrake, as I has asked for.
I was not at all impressed with the service I received from Ford Vredenburg. I arrived at 7 AM (the time at which I was told to arrive to receive early service) and was naturally the first client on the premises. My car was booked in and collected for the workshop at 7.35 AM. I decided to wait at Ford because the replacement of two door hinges should not take much time. After 2 hours (at 9.35 AM) I asked for an update, which I only received 40 minutes later. At this point the hinges were installed and the payment to Ford had to be arranged. Both at the booking of the service (two days earlier) and booking in of my vehicle, I stated clearly that the billing should not proceed through me, to which both of the ladies in admin rep**** "we will get the details before the payment." The first invoice was not drafted properly (it had my details and not those of the paying third party) and the lady assisting me got frustrated with me and/or the process and had the audacity to tell me twice that I had to provide the details for the invoice at the original booking. You tell me, how would I know this if it was not communicated to me at the booking?! The second invoice was also not drafted properly, so I had to pay. R828 for 45 minutes of work (quoted from the admin lady herself) is daylight *******, especially since I had to spend 4 hours at Ford for 45 minutes of work. It is very important that you note that the invoice details for the paying third party were already provided to Ford when the parts were ordered and paid for 2 weeks earlier...I did not even have the complimentary car wash because that would've taken another hour (I was told).
Vumatel is the worst internet provider I have ever come across. They make Telkom look like the most trustworthy company on the planet. Since our uncapped was installed approximately 8 months ago our connection was down at least 10 times. Most of these interruptions of connection lasted for more than two days, one occasion lasted for more than a week! Vumatel also took forever to address the problem, that is if we were at all able to reach the call centre. I would advise everyone to consider any other uncapped provider.
I beg you please to think really hard before you consider doing business with these people.<br> My mom bought a Honda Ballade from this dealership December 2014. The entire time dealing with them was horrid. The male salesman that helped my mom took advantage of the fact that she doesn't know much about cars and was dishonest about the accessories included with the specific model. She didn't see reason to doubt him and the car was bought and received without the promised accessories.
