Harassment has a new name and its called Brooks and Luyt. I am getting bombarded with emails, SMS's and phone calls from Brooks and Luyt about a Truworths account under EJ Botes. I have sent mails back informing them that I am not EJ Botes only to get a notification that it was deleted unread, I have tried to block their calls via truecaller but they come through on another line. Yesterday I called them again and stated I am not EJ Botes and that they must stop harassing me as I work in dangerous electrical boards and their calls and messages takes away my concentration. Yet I received yet another email stating I need to pay the Truworths account I AM NOT EJ BOTES and never had a Truworths account, what can I do to stop them from sending me correspondence
I needed to urgently get 4 x sim cards to my family landing at OR Tambo today and the flight was delayed. I went to Avis OR Tambo and asked for the Manager. Vincent introduced himself and I requested if he could please possibly help as my family had booked a Avis rental and asked him if he could please place the sim cards in the rental envelope which normally has the bay number and vehicle key in it. Later when I treid calling my family I could not get hold of them. I eventually called the other family and they confirmed that they were there and no sim cards in the envelope. I have tried all numbers on internet for Avis OR Tambo just to be on hold for 10 minutes and then call cut. So well done Avis and Vincent you cannot even go the little extra mile and place 4 sim cards in a envelope that is in your tray with our families name on.
I have always been extremely happy with Takealot.com and spent literally thousands of Rands with them. Sadly I purchased 2 sets of travel suitcases for our trip to Israel and Greece, when we arrived in Greece my wifes 1 case did not want to open even trying numerous attempts to get the case open with the combination we set it at as well as the default combination it did not want to open and we were forced to break the lock open. My case (the small one) split open completely and that with 6kg in. On our return we returned both sets of bags as per Takealot policy and both was collected at our premises and taken to the warehouse. The one set was credited as requested and the other set (the one which had the lock broken) was declined. I asked why it was declined and the help desk could not give me an answer. They stated I must send the cases back again for assessment and I said I don't have the cases they still have the cases, at which stage the helpdesk advised that they will create another return on their side and sort my return out. Well to my surprise a Takealot collection van arrived at our door to collect a parcel that they still have when I informed then they cancelled the collections and created another collection schedule for the next day and yes you guessed it they arrived to collect bags that is at their depot. The return has now been cancelled and no further correspondence from any of the help desk assistants and no bags and no refunds or credits to my account. Never thought Takealot.com would drop the ball but when they do they drop it real bad. Has now made me wonder if I want to continue purchasing at Takealot.com and in fact going to request that the current credit be paid back into my credit card as I don't want to purchase with my credit and will request my damaged bags back so that I can place a huge sticker on bag when I travel saying sorry lock damaged thanks to Takealot.com For the record the following persons has just disappeared if you can help find them as they did say they will look into my return and maybe they still looking after 2 weeks PLEASE HELP FIND THESE PEOPLE THEIR LOVED ONES MUST BE WORRIED ABOUT THEM Keegan.A Sibongiseni.M (takealot.com) Kwezi.M (takealot.com)
Looking for Fibre?? definitely DON'T try Afrihost or their subsidutary MyRSAWEB. I searched the internet for the best service provider where I don't have to sign a 24 month contract (for obvious reasons most suppliers once they have you tied into a contract their services goes for a ball of...) Afrihost came up and I felt at ease especially as they don't seem to be a fly by night company, sadly though after filling all the forms via the internet on 10th March 2023 and getting a welcome email from MyRSAWEB I was advised to pay an amount to R3594.00 for an WiFi extender and IP phone. I happily paid this and was then advised it would take roughly 2 weeks to install. On the 11th April I still hadn't received any installation date or communication from Afrihost or MyRSAWEB and contacted the portal and chatted to Chad who said Hi how are you and then the note said "typing" for a good 10 minutes until I said are you typing a book LOL. Then Nadine from Consumer Projects came on line and said I must send her proof of payment, well is it not easier for them to check payment as bearing in mind when you click pay the website takes you to a PayGenius portal that completes the payment process so it isn't a beneficiary payment platform. Sadly we are 2 months further and received an email from FTTH projects advising me the matter has been transferred to accounts department this was 12th April another 2 weeks later and nothing forthcomming All I can believe now is that I have been taken for a ride and this was a **** all alone and did not realize it

Should have checked reviews before I booked, specifically googled a rental agency that would either allow my staff to use a business credit card or eft, when searching for that criteria Woodford came out and stated any credit card could be used until booked and paid for now all of a sudden one cannot use company card even when travelling on business. Then asking for refund advised it will take up to 14 days how ridiculous. Don't bother booking through Woodford Car Hire ***********
What is the use of having 24hour banking service and the consultant cannot do anything 😡🤬😡🤬 tried to make my salary payments this morning same as the last 7 years when trying to adjust daily limits temporarily it states input card and pin number when doing that it blocks now 3 staff not paid and 24 hour help desk says sorry call at 8am for that department
I was urgently looking for a Mecer 1200VA 720W 12V Power Inverter (IVR-1200LBKS), firstly they stated no stock which was acceptable and I clicked on the link tell me when you have stock. 2 days later they notified me by email that they have stock and I immediately ordered and made payment this was Saturday 9th July 2022. They then advised me on the 11th July they don't have stock and their system was incorrect to send me a mail, however they can deliver by 5th August which I declined and requested a refund. To date I have not received any refund into my account after numerous attempts dealing with Natasha Padayachee, she even asked me for my delivery note so she can provide an invoice pure incompetence's on her and PC Shopper side. I managed to get the same stock the same day as ordered and paid for from Geewiz and will definitely in future purchase from them and never use PC Shopper again I may be a small client that you, Natasha Padayachee and PC Shopper don't care about but remember word of mouth from a small guy can kill a business total shocking service from PC Shopper and their staff. Oh by the way can I please get my refund now you have had my money for over a month now
