The Leroy Merlin in Boksburg has the worst possible service. Their products are always priced wrong on the shelf and when they scan they tell you the price on the shelf is not correct. Its happen a few times now that they phone someone claiming they are lool at tge price on the shelf and when you go show them the actual price on the shelf they get attitude and tell its either for old stock or a different supplier. The manager are rude and unhelpfull.
Worst experience with the click and collect option from the online store. We specifucally chose a store close to us that have supply of the product we wanted. Only to find out after making the payment that the product is being sent from Cape Town to Johannesburg and they don't use the products in store. Secondly if collect from the store you pay for the shipping of said item from Cape Town, they can't issue the in store item. Or transfer stock between and allocate stock from a different location. The people qorking it the store also seems very confused as to how the online click and collect work. I received a tracking numbwr on the online system, showing the order has been paid an delivered fo store, then I get told that my order has a different number. This whole experience has been somewhat frustrating and unpleassant. Definitely woukd not use or recommend their online store
Worst experience ever! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not make your fully paid booking at Milkwood Manor. We asked for the booking to be postponed to coincide with other bookings we also made in that area. Only after the very unprofessional and insensitive treatment from the reservations Alicia Bagly and having provided the death certificate of the family member did they agree to move the booking. We were forced to choose an alternative date that did not coincide with our other bookings. This fact would have cost us to make travel arrangements from Joburg for two trips. With the increase in fuel, this would not have been affordable for us. We opted to then give this to someone that stayed in the area. unfortunately, their car broke down on their way to Milkwood on a Sunday after hours. They were thus also unable to make the trip. We had no sympathy from Milkwood in either situation and have lost the money we had paid. This entire experience over the past few months dealing with the reservationist has been unpleasant. We would not recommend Milkwood to anyone. They are expensive and unaccommodating and when it comes to sensitive family matters they are highly unprofessional and insensitive.
Where in your life have you everseen that you would need to scan each juice individually when it bought as a six pack. The 6pack of coke cola got scanned as unit price but acvording to the manager yoy would need to scan the juice box individualll and not buy the 6pack as a unit.
I wanted to order something online. The site said that the payment was unsucessfull. However the payment did go through on my credit card. Phoned credit card division and they said they cannot stop the purchase, then I spoke to someone working at absa who said I should consider closing my credit card, because the website managed to put through an amount on my card after it said unsuccessfull payment. I have then called credit card division again and was told a different story. Now they say the amount has to be cleared first before I can cancel or reverse the transaction. I should not cancel tge credit card even though this website has put through an amount on my credit card. It seems like the online shop is fraudulant and I would like to reverse the transaction.
