We have been continuously lied to, emails not replied to, and our PRECIOUS LIFE CONTENTS hadn't even left the origin country after FOUR MONTHS. We have goods in our MoveCube which are for our baby who was born a month AFTER the MoveCube was supposed to arrive- a PRAM and clothing etc etc which we CAN'T use and NO ONE is replying to my emails. They are NOT compensating us on items we have had to REPURCHASE. I understand there have been delays due to covid but four months without even leaving the country of origin is a JOKE! We were told it left months ago and been sent to Hong Kong, then we got an email to say it had been offloaded in Mauritius because it had the wrong paperwork?! and it will be loaded onto the next ship to the UK ?! NOT EVEN THE END DESTINATION?! We were then told to ignore that email as it was on its way... and THEN we were only notified on the 4th of November it hadn't even left South Africa yet. I called last week to find out if it had left and they told me it had left on a ship but they were unable to tell me which ship it is on. This is extremely concerning ??!! Due to them not compensating us for items we have had to repurchase I will make sure to spread the news on every social media platform on how TERRIBLE this company is and make sure as many people are AWARE of how badly you treat your customers!
The absolute WORST experience! They damaged my husbands car with a high pressure hose and made a hand sized bare patch on the boot and then simply shrugged their shoulders and told us to read the disclaimer on the wall. The owner told us we are WELCOME TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW because it’s not his problem and they have disclaimers. They didn’t even bother to refund us for the car wash and when questioned he said why should we because we didn’t do anything wrong. DO NOT SUPPORT this business!!!!! They take absolutely ZERO responsibility for damaging vehicles! It’s all about the attitude and the way we were dealt with which has made us so angry, if he said he was really sorry and refunded us and asked us to get a quote to get it fixed, we wouldn’t be leaving this review. I am disgusted and will never ever use this car wash again. The owner of this car wash also owns the Hi-Q next door in Little Falls, so expect the same attitude from there as well.
Saint&Summer - once you’ve paid there is no going back regardless if you are satisfied or not & they clearly do not care about keeping their customers happy. Rather find another local company to support. I recently ordered a pair of sandals online and when we ordered we got a 10% discount on the shoes, which was great. They arrived, but were unfortunately a smaller size 7 and do not fit me, the right sandal also doesn’t sit properly as the middle strap is off-center. I emailed them to request an exchange but in order to exchange the size 7 for the 8 I now have to pay in the full price and not the discounted price I originally paid (less than 5 days ago) for the first faulty pair EVEN though they currently have a discount of 10% running on their site?! Does not make any sense at all. I’m Absolutely appalled with the way this company treats their customers. If you are reading this before placing your order, think very carefully before supporting a company with such poor ethics and customer service. I did email back and forth with Danya and I expressed to her that I was unhappy with this and she kept coming back to “as per our policy”. Ridiculous, I work in retail and we do absolutely everything to keep our customers happy. Also if you check the other reviews on here, a few people have complained about their sizing being wrong. The reason for this review is to protect other buyers from “their policy” which will not be in your favour.
<p>Arrived at Wicked Stitch after seing their fantastic website (or so I thought, it is all a lie)</p> <p>Only to wait in reception while Joy finished her conversation on the phone, which I did not mind, but after she ended her conversation she did not even acknowledge me standing waiting in her office, instead she carried on glaring at her phone- only after I said "Hello?" she said that she needed to finish what she was doing or else she will forget. </p> <p>When she finally finished she looked at me - so I explained to her that I have got three hats which I would like to have embroidered. Joy then asked me when I needed them by, I said Friday (which was THREE FULL working days). She said that they were very busy and she can't promise that they will be done by then. </p> <p>I am sorry but if you cannot manage to make space for a small order like this then I think it is absolutely pathetic and I would never recommend the company to anyone!!!!</p> <p>I then went to Embroidery Junxion (WHICH IS MUCH CLOSER TO JOBURG than Wicked Stitch anyway) and they were also VERY BUSY but were happy to accomodate my order.</p> <p> </p>
When taking my car in to get tyres fitted, I asked for a lift home as I did not have time to wait.. so he gave me a lift home and collected me when my car was ready, one of the complimentary things they do when you get tyres fitted is they give your car a full executive wash- I told him that I had just had my car washed and it did not need it.. so he gave me a voucher for the next time my car needed a wash, It is not often that people go the extra mile for you. We will always be back to your branch you are doing a fantastic job!
I made a complaint one week ago to their direct email address, as I was unhappy with my appointment and they didnt even reply!! I went to their branch in Northcliff a week ago, I picked out 10 dresses to try on, and out of the dresses only 3 would go on me, I am a size 10-12. They literally only hold stock of dresses in size 4,6 & 8 which was very humiliating- they should WARN you of this before you come!!<br> They STILL charged me the full R250 for my appointment, which only went for HALF the amount of time allocated as none of the dresses fitted. I think it was a huge cheek and I will make sure none of my friends EVER GO there!! They literally only care about your money! I am totally shocked they didn't even bother to reply to my email either! <br> <br>
