I requested a Fibre line connection at our new address which has the installation already in place. They said it will take +/- 3 weeks but they could offer LTE which is immediate. This was in middle November. I was promised 2 TB of watching at a max speed of 300 megs. They tested our area and confirmed signal for LTE. We signed up and tested it at home. It seemed okay for the first day but started buffering. I contacted the sales person and she advised a few things we could try to solve the issue. We tried it for another few days and by day 12 we went into the Telkom shop to request a review of the whole deal as it was not working. Take note I spend about 2k with telkom each month through my business needs. The other salesman linked into the router and changed some settings and asked us to try again, which we did. It was worse. We went back again with the same request. They said they would escalate the issue with back office and request a cancelation and a Fibre connection ASAP. This to date has not happened and I have zero feedback from anyone. We have used telkom for the last 6 yrs for cellular phones and data with no hassles, but it is insane to have to go through this **** non existent service again, after so many years, in the past, of avoiding telkom because of **** service. I really hoped that it had improved. Seems like I was wrong. All we ask for is the service they promise to provide and charge for. Surely this is not rocket science. Can someone reach the relevant person who take some positive action to ensure proper service delivery.
I would like to write a review about Farber Coachworks. I am very happy with the panel bearing experience. Firstly they went out of their way to assist me with a courtesy bakkie which really helped for the 5 days and and they only needed one extra day to complete the work, which was done very well. A beautiful job done by professionals. The front office staff were the best and so helpful and very friendly. I recommend them for sure...👏🏻👍🏻🙏🏻
