Terrible service.They refuse to refund items reduced by 50% or more but also terrible after sale service. Returned shoes 2nd December and still waiting for them to process my refund. Totally disgusting. Will never purchase from them again. I have dealt with Chantal and Mandisa. Totally disappointed.
They sell poor quality items. Steer clear of them. Bought a cabinet set on 11/07/25.It slowly started disintergrating getting looser and looser until it fell apart. They sent a cabinet maker out and he conveniently blamed it on water damage.If a cabinet is coming apart surely water will get through. Is it the customers fault. Filthy company to deal with.
During my stay, I was disappointed to discover that the DSTV open view was non-functional due to a Body Corporate dish issue. The unit owner should establish backup arrangements to ensure seamless channel streaming for guests. Additionally, the poorly made beds were unwelcoming and indicate a need for heightened housekeeping supervision. The main bedroom's bedding, comprising a double inner duvet and cover on a queen bed, was also inadequate. Although the building is notably quiet and the flat well-equipped for comfort, these shortcomings fell short of expectations. As a paying guest, I anticipate a home-like comfort level, necessitating enhancements.
Return a dysfunctional watch I bought on the 18th of December and to date no return. No communication whatsoever when I will be refunded my money. Service agents very unhelpful. Afterservice is pathetic to say the least. The only urgency is when they selling their ******* to the consumer. Companies like these wonder why they don't make it financially. Disgusting Superbalist!!!!!
