<p>I recently took a contract with a haiuwee router. The contract was 10gig any time and 5 gig night surfer.</p> <p>I was told once the data was depleted the internet with cut off. I got a huge surprise and shock when I saw my latest bill which billed me R665 for data that was out of bundle.</p> <p>R250 was used for my tablet and the balance my new contract.</p> <p>I was not aware that after the data has been depleted there is additional costs for out of bundle. I was told and also stipluated that once the data is finished thats it.</p> <p>I have had my tablet contract for 26 months, no1, i requested on the 5th May to not continue but am still getting billed and further more first time get additional data charges.</p> <p>Please resolve these 2 additional costs for i did not accpet aand request any extra data once depleted. I applied for a limit increase because I could have only made payment for an item i required via credit card.<br> Had i know what a night mare it would have been i would have done a bank transfer into my account which would have been quicker. As a platinum member we are paying the crazy fees but treated the same shit way everyone else is treated.<br> I have called the 086 number on many occasions from work and my cellphone which Absa will not being paying for...each time i was on hold for over 10 minutes just to soeak to an agent. Totally ridiucous.<br> I was told the limit increase would take 2 to 3 days but it has now been one week . Pathetic service and I will definately be changing banks !!
Its rather unfortunate that we are bound to a contract otherwise i would have cancelled my ADT contract.<br> This morning at 3.45am my alarm triggers, ADT calls withing reasonable time but the trigger could have been a geko. After trying to reactivate the alarm the alarm failed to activate all the required zones such at kitchen dining room lounge.This is a new alarm installed by ADT. I called ADT to enquire what the window and cross sign was and why my alarm could not activate the zones. The call centre agent put me on hold for 7minutes, evntually i cut the call and called back. They then told me they will get a technician to call me. I waited from 3.45 never slept because of the aarm and waitnig for the call.<br> Pathethic service. I applied for my daughters unabridged birth certificae in February 2015. We had a gyser burst on Saturday.<br> We was not at home.<br> When we reached home the ceiling had got damaged and water entered my bedroom, wetting by bed beddings, carpet etc<br> We call Indwe and they sent out a plumber but further help could only be done on Monday.<br> Today my husband calls 3 times so we can get this matter sorted out. we sleeping on the floor because our bed is wet.<br> My question is we pay this monthly premium only to be service on a weekday. What happens when we are in diastrate over the weekend.<br> We had no light inthe room so had to use a torch in the dark because the plumber that came over told us not to swithc the ceiling fan/light on because it was full of water.<br> I expected quicker service from Indwe but was wrong.<br> We still trying to get hold of people which is ridiulous.
I upgraded my contract at the 8ta store in Pavilion on the 18th of April. I had upgraded to the Samsung S6, but was told there was no stock and as soon as the store receives stock they will inform me. I had called the store today over 2 weekes later only to find out that stock had come in last wek but I was not issued to me neither did they call. They have issued to other people but not me. Now I have to wait a further period to get stock. I had called the store on numerous occasions to enquire on my phone.<br> Poor service from the 8ta store. I even contacted the manager Vernon on 22 April but no joy.
My parents who are in their 70's was conned into purchasing a R25000 lounge suit from a sales rep in Hirsch umlhanga. This was in December 2014. Firstly the sales agent new nothing about the lounge set, and claims that it cannot fit through the door and my dad had to get trellidor who cost him R800 just to remove the gate so the lounge set can fit in. But when i did speak to someone else recently they told me the lounge set can open<br> Only to find out that the recliner on the 3 seater does not work, and the other lever is broken.<br> After my dad made many calls to this Sally from Hirsch she promised it will get sorted. Eventually I took over this because I can let my parents be robbed. Eventually in january I get a call from a technician to say he will go over the ffg week to sort thie lounge out but to date he has not.<br> I am totally disgusted with the way sales staff take advantage of older people. Now we are sitting with a R25000 lounge set with the recliner still not working.
Hi, I am due to upgrade my cell contract and it has been rejected due to th fact that I owe telkom R3.28. I have on many occasions requested telkom to take the full amount due every month but I continuously get a bill very month stating that I owe telkom R3.28. Apparently now this due gave me a bad reconrd which is of no fault of mine and now after being a loyal customer since 2011 i am refused an upgrade.<br> I have ot once had a debit order refusal or late payment on my account.<br> I have many occations contaced 8ta with no joy. The people that work on these customer care service are a bunch of idiots who cannot assist.<br> Totally dissapointed
My husband and I have applied for a bond and vehicle finance via FNB and was refused but we qualify to get a loan that is the same value as the vehicle finance required, this is because the interest rate is higher.A total rip off to me
We purchased our home in August 2014, Alcocks had done the electrical on our new home. The fees to get the electrical sorted and issue a certificate was over R20 000 which was paid by the seller.<br> Only when we moved into our new property did we discover that Alcock had issues the certificate of compliance without actually finishing the job on our property, there was a whole page of electrical that was not sorted out. We had continuous trips on our main DB due to electrical in our pool db tripping and still being faulty but alcocks refused to sort it out, saying they didnt pick the fault during their checks. Eventually after coming to sort the 2nd page of electrical that was initially left out our intercom stopped working and to date had not been sorted. We have to continuously put our garden lights off because the mains keep tripping.. I contacted and sent Babes Naicker from alcocks many emails with fail. Alcock a total rip of company with poor serviceand I will continue to spread the word about them<br>
