On the 8th and 9th of March 2021, I have paid off both loans at DirectAxis. On the 1st of April, they still deducted an amount for one of my paid-up accounts. I have called them on the 12th of April and they confirmed that it would take up to 10 working days for the refund. It is now the 12th of May, no refund no paid-up letters - calling any of their numbers results in the call being dropped by either pressing 2 or 9, emailing and WhatsApp just gets ignored. Can someone please contact me to give me my refund and my paid-up letters
Worst bank when it comes to phoning them for assistance, been transferred pillar to post just to get a stupid statement. The 6th person transferred me to a broken IVR that does not work regardless which option you choose.
<p>I have preorderd many items from Takealot and was very happy with the servce, until recently... I preorderd an xbox game (as i did many times before), on the website it says purchase and pay before the 22 march to receive it th 24th - i did that on the 20th... come friday the website's expected delivery is 27 march... I called and ask them why, they told me that there is nothing they can do and they also can not deliver it to me over the weekend (even though the package is with the courier) as I did not select weekend delevery... Hello! how am I supposed to select weekend delevery if it only gave me one option when I did the checkout and besides it should have been here the 24th as it was stated... Really dissapointing</p>
<p>Got a call yesterday saying that vumatel will install 11:30 the next day. Took the day off... vumatel arrived at 7:40 in the morning to do my install, at 9 am it was doen they said it only needs to be spliced and the guy is on his way and said they just down the road staring the other installs. 11:30 no news, called the vumatel offices (absolutely useless phone system they have) when i finally got through to some one they said 13:00 they will be back. 15:00 no one came back and again im struggeling to get through to some one on that useseless phone system. Vumatel you cant let your paying customers sit around the whole day for a simple install</p>
<p>vodacom decided in September to deduct mony from my bank account (i have no service with them and will never, especially now ) call the accounts depending - they dont have anything for my Id or account number i gave them. In beginning october they tried it again this time with a bill sent to my email. The vodashop made me get an affidavit to say I dont have an account. Now they sending threatening leters to pay or else you will be listed. Many people from vodacom promised to call me or to email me, 2 months now with out a word, goes to show you the customer service they deliver, once they have stolen your money they no longer care</p>
<p>vibe was great and food was great, service was not bad... until it came to pay. Our waiter added items that we did not order as well as items he brought us in correctly. After 4 times of back and forth the Manager finally fixed it as the waiter was unable of doing it himeself. When paying the waiter had the audacity to say that the amount is incorrect as there is no tip. As I will not pay a tip for this level of service</p>
<p>Today there was all of a sudden a debt order from my account to them. I don't know why as I don't / won't do bussiness with Vodacom. Not sure how they got my account number but this is Fraud at its best</p>
In October we spoke to the Sales Department and we requested that they upgrade our existing line to 6Mb, they then said that it will be effective from the 1st of November. On the 1st of November I still only had my 2 Mb line, when I called the call centre they could find no record of the migration request. On the 2nd we called in again and spoke to Sales and they said that they could not do anything about it and now I have to wait until the 1st of December, which is not acceptable as I already awaited until the 1st and now I have to wait another month because of someone in sales that was not capable of doing their Job. I know it does not take a month to migrate a service as I worked in this industry before and when I first migrated my service from one to another neotel service it happen almost instantly.<br> <br> Please get hold of me and resolve this matter ASAP and upgrade me to my 6Mb please
