Joined Dotsure pet insurance in 2021... Since then I've only had 2 claims. Yes only two claims, of which was not fully covered. In 2026 my dog got diagnosed with Cushings disease... Dotsure let me know that they are short term insurance only. So if you pet needs monthly medication or treatment they will not assist you in They pay for treatment once per condition. So my pet insurance does not benefit conditions/sickness that requires continuous treatment... keep this in mind. The monthly medication is for owners pocket. If I knew what I know now I would have saved up monthly rather than having pet insurance. I have received good service from Dotsure with my 2 claims in 4 years.
If you want to waste you time and run after a place to get service this is the place for you. I had my service done through my warranty in 2024... The notified me about a fault and I requested a quote. They then ignored my messages to provide the quote after multiple phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages. I prefer my car to be serviced and worked on by one place. So this year I tried to start this process again of getting the quotes for the service and repairs. On morning of 17 April I called in spoke to Dillon and asked him to send a quote. At about 3pm I send him an whatsapp to follow up. It is now 24 April with no response from them... even after they did the exact same thing in 2024. Stay away as they are not very responsive to customers... They expect you as a customers to jumps through hoops to get service, you must be thankful to them for something you want to pay for. I called Holloway's workshop and my car is booked in and all is sorted. It is disrespectful and distasteful to make customers run after you for a service we pay for... can only imagine if anything goes wrong how you would be accountable. I think there workmanship is good but I prefer good customer service and workmanship.
Please arrange for collection of your router and stop threatening me to invoice me after you took the courier fees. You courier pucthed up un-announced ... I asked them to wait 3mins as I was around the corner. They agreed and when I got there they left. Did not hear from them again and now you want to invoice... do better... I was about to join you guys again but this experience has put me off.

Don't fall for the rewards there incompetence and lack on infrastructure to process the rewards will have you cancelling. Been waiting for 3 weeks to get a vitality gear voucher to work... dont be fooled by the adverti*****ts.
Just got my service suspended without notice. Now everyone is trying to get their service up but their staff cannot handle the influx. Great work... I'll be canceling my services
I accidently found their pamphlet and was shocked to see the cost versus traditional estate agents commission. I then went with an open mandate to include EAZI (lucky I had not signed the sole mandate). Within 45 days my property was sold.
Handed over as I missed payment for 7 months... fair enough but when I call to pay my arrears and resume my contract it is denied. So now I cant use their services and my debt is doubled because my contract is cancelled and they refuse accept my payment of arrears and continuation of my contract. They do not care for their customers and have harsh policies for their clients... if you are in hard times they want there money if you cant they will make sure to make you life more difficult by not accepting payment and charging you for the device and services for the months left on your contract. My credit profile has been tarnished which means I cannot access funds through credit providers... be careful they do not play or sympathize with clients going through hard times
Even though I have paid my account they still listed my account as default (Weird because I'm still using my account). What erks me the most is that I told them numerous times that my account is listed as default they denied it. I sent them screenshots of my ClearScore credit report which they brushed off and said is inaccurate and told me that the real record is on Trans Union. I just paid for TransUnion to get my report and guess what...... Im listed as being in default...
