My car went in for a service at Hyundai Port Elizabeth on the 24.08.2023. The driver side window switch was faulty. The window only closes half-way and then slips back into the housing. They agreed to replace the switch and the Service Manager (Chantel) demanded that I bring the car in the 31.08.2023 to be fixed. I had to take time off from work again for this to be sorted. I took the car in to be fixed however found that it was still faulty. My tyre had a nail in it which was not there prior to the car going in for a service. My windscreen washer bottle is also broken since the car came back from the service and therefore cannot retain any water. These are all safety aspects on a car that need urgent attention. I have called Hyundai Port Elizabeth on Wednesday 06.09.2023 and was told by Charlene that will get back to me. I called again 11.09.2023 and was told the service manager Chantel will call me back. I am still awaiting a call back. I called again on the 13.09.2023 and was told that John will call me back. To date, I have not received any callbacks from Charlene, Chantel or John. This is extremely frustrating as these are all safety aspects on a car that need to be fixed and Kelston Hyundai Port Elizabeth is not taking the matters seriously or treating it as urgent. I need to book my car back for these to be fixed however cannot as they are not taking my calls or calling me back. I have never received this pathetic service before from any other dealerships. Customer Care and dealing with customer concerns is clearly not at the top of their priority list. I do regret buying a car through Kelston Hyundai Port Elizabeth. Never again will I make this mistake.
On saturday the 26 October i walked into the Beauty Department at Foschini Greenacres in Port Elizabeth wanting to buy a foundation. I was not looking at buying any particular brand. Because i was accustomed to using Estee Lauder Foundation, i thought id try something new. As i stepped into the shop, i asked the lady at the Clinique counter if she could assist me with Estee Lauder foundation as i did not see anyone at the counter. The lady just looked at me and with no explanation, said she nodded her head and said cant help me. I found that weird as normally if you cant assist the client, you would then refer them to someone else (or atleast thats what i thought customer service was all about. I then walked further into the shop where i was greeted by a guy (whom i assume is their manager) named Sylvester. I explained to him that i am looking to buy any foundation and would like anyone to assist me. He then asked a coloured lady to assist me and she blatantly said she cant assist me. Foschini does not have foundation for my skin type. (Like WHAT???) I did not know that you can make that judgement without doing a trial. Sylvester then asked her is there nothing she can do to assist me, like try any brand and she just said no and continued to tidy the store racks. I was in so much disgust at the service and her attitude that i told Sylvester its fine, i will go to Edgars. I left Foschini and walked into Edargs and received so much warmth from the beauticians and ended up leaving Edgards with R1500 worth of products. After experiencing such bad service for the second time, i am considering not buying from Foschini's ever again. Foschini Greenacres Beauty store will never see me again. I am still deciding if i should just cut up my card and support other retail shops where quality service is offered.
I've been shopping at the runways sale for the past two years and though they have great bargains, I'm not impressed at all at the delivery / waiting period of my purchases. Initially the maximum waiting period was 7 days. However for the pass few purchases made this year alone. Ive had to wait the full 25 days for delivery. On a few occasions, i had to contact them to find out whats happening to my order as it was way pass the 25 day threshold. They could improve on customer feedback and communication regarding the orders placed and that which exceeded the given delivery date.
Superbalist is the best when it comes to delivery. I am a frequent online shopper and have not experienced this with any other online retail stores. I placed my order and the very next day it was delivered. This occurred on two occasions of placing my order. I am beyond impressed and will definitely recommend their services/store to everyone.
<p>Pizza Guys in Greenacres, Port Elizabeth have a Tuesday and Thursday special you buy one pizza and you get one free. Yesterday i was in the mall and decided to get a pizza special for my family before heading home. This will save my mum cooking before she leaves for her night shift.</p> <p>I placed my order with Nokuthula at 4:17pm. I was told the pizza will only take 20 mins which suited me best seen that it gives me enought time to get home, make sure my mum and family eats before she goes for her night shift.</p> <p>At 4:45pm i went back to the resturant and was told my pizza was not ready. I asked how long it would then take and i was told with an attitude from Nokuthula it will take another 10 mins.</p> <p>There were so many people who came after me and got their pizza's and left yet i waited paitiently, praying that i will make it in time for my mum to eat before going on shift. Whilst waiting for my pizza, i observed the resturant and there was only four or 5 tables being occupied at a time.</p> <p>Eventually i got my two pizza's at 17:05pm. About 50 Minutes later. The pizza was so dry, the crust was paper thin and a mega pizza was squeezed into a large box. They didnt not have thick base either. How do you run a pizza place with no thick base and no boxes to fit the mega pizza in. This for me was UNACCEPTABLE . I could not believe that they can expect me to feed my family with that.</p> <p>I had to meet my mum at a filling station and do the exchange of pizza so that she doesnt have to go hungry to work. </p> <p>This is unacceptable service and extremely poor quality of food sold. I will never by from pizza guys again or recommend anyone to buy theit paper thin pizza.</p> <p>All evidence and times can be made available on request.</p>
