NO Customer Service 1. We have established that my microwave oven is still under Warranty. 2. Someone called me from your so-called Service Centre? in December 2020 and PROMISED to come to my home to evaluate my RUSTING Defy microwave oven . . . I am STILL WAITING . . .

NO quality at all! July 2017 - Relocated to KZN July 2017 - Bought a DEFY dishwasher. LESS than 3 years later, glassware (drinking) permanently cloudy - NOT clean. Not my first dishwasher. FIRST RUBBISH one though. ['Troubleshooting' tips yielded NO positive results - NO improvement!] April 2019 - Bought a DEFY microwave oven. BIG mistake! Just over 1 year later, RUSTING badly on top! This is NOT good enough! Total WASTE of money! NEVER again!

GAME INCOMPETENCE
Game gives us a whole NEW definition of the word INCOMPETENCE! I ordered a washing machine on 28 August 2020. I paid IN FULL, including their delivery charge, during the placing of same. To date, 30 September 2020, I have received NOTHING! No washing machine and NO refund! This is unacceptable! They deigned to respond to only ONE of my prior emails. On 21 September 2020, stating that my ordered, paid for washing machine was not in stock and that they would refund me. STILL WAITING! No response to my subsequent emails either. NOT ACCEPTABLE

MISSING FRIDGE - NOT GOOD ENOUGH
I placed an online order for two items on Wednesday, 8 July. ONLY one item was delivered yesterday! I have been unable to ascertain what has happened to the fridge I ordered - WHERE IS IT please?
