I bought 2 pairs of shoes, 1 was the incorrect size had to send it back. He has not sent me the correct size. Its been 3 weeks. The customer service is horrible. I feel like they scamming people out of their money. If you try call they never answer. Does not seem like a legit business. Do not buy here.
First month dealing with this internet provider was amazing no issue and if there was a problem it was resolved as soon as possible. Ive had internet issues from last week and they keep saying there was an issue then its resolved. But there are issues every day.i call the customer line and noone answers. Eventually when i use a different number i get through. Then they assure me the issues are resolved. Now after complaining again they say there is a problem in my area. Ive asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but no one wants to call me.
<p>Hi my name is brandon, i have been waiting since may for my payout. I have sent the necessary documentation and they told me that it wil be paid during may. Then i called to find out when, they said 30th then they said 31st. I have phoned about 6 times since then and they keep promising the next day. So i asked for a manager or supervisor and they kept putting me on hold. This is a disappointing situation if they treat there people like this. When i need to go back to choose a medical aid i will not be going with nestmed again. </p>
This has happened to many times now. I keep buying airtime off cell phone banking and dont receive it. I am truely getting sisk and tired of this. It is poor service. I am very disappointed. Worst network on earth
When ever i go to fast food place its mostly slap stick food and isnt that great. But every time i go to steers on warner beach i always have excellent service and perfect food and they never get the order wrong. I jus want to show my gratitude and wish all fast food place were like steers. This particular one is my favorite. Definitely will always come back. Thank you
I purchased airtime through cellphone banking but dont receive my airtime. This has been happening often. The money comes off my account straight away but i dont get what i paid for. This inconveniences me alot as i pay for then have to wait to get my airtime. Unacceptable
Good afternoon <br> This is the second time ive had this problem. I purchase a R100 airtime and dont receive it. I called cell c and they said it will eventually come through. This is ridiculous because i need it now.what if there was an emergency and i had to call for help. I am not happy about this im disappointed in cell c im definitely changing networks
I purchased R100 and didnt receive it. It came off my account. I phone cell c customer care andc they say i need to just wait for it. Could take 30 mins. I still have not received my airtime. Another problem i have is the the terrible service all the time and bad Internet connection. Im honestly changing ober to vodacom or mtn. Which evers better. So tired of cell c.
