Ruthless illegal spammers... Impossible to unsubscribe. I never subscribed either. Idiots.
Bought a 2-seater recliner a year ago. Some minor problems with it. No problem for their service department. Solved everything on the spot in a very friendly and professional way. Very happy customer forever here...
I’m not amused at all. At first it takes 4 (four!) days to even get an answer to my simple complaint, and then it turns out they don’t even bother to read my complaint (see below) well.They just did send me a standard saying nothing reply. The box with the promised pack of 3 only contained 1 (one) tape. ONEDAY ONLY, IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER A PROPER SERVICE, YOU WILL END UP BROKE MORE SOON THAN LATE, THAT'S HOW CONSUMER ECONOMICS WORK. Please note of the following: Cancellation Order Number:506115793A Your Request to Cancel:landline Service Number/s: 0218560429 Cancellation Effective Date:22/09/2019 Kindly note that: It may take up to 2 months for the billing process to be completed after cancellation A 30 days’ notice period applies on all service cancellation Where applicable, refund amount will be reflected as a CREDIT on your final account Deposit will be offset against any outstanding amount After you have received your final account and if any credit amounts is due to you, then please contact Telkom Billing on 10210 to arrange your refund. Oktober 15, I receive the final account : Telkom needs to do a refund for R 617.08 November 8, As instructed I have called Telkom billing on 10210 to arrange my refund, a person with email address Mgevans@telkom.co.za not sure about his name -his English was terrible- instructed me to mail him a copy of my ID, my Passport and my bank statements ??? and promised me that everything would be arranged.I did so. December 3, I did send this person a reminder email, with the request to update me on these matters within a timespan of a week. Guess what....No response whatsoever again as we all are used to by now, and what will cause imao the annihilation of Telkom within forseeable time because of complete lack of service. Who is going to stop this company (???) from harrassing people with unwanted sms messages. How can one unsubscribe from this horrible plague, is it legal that there is no unsubscribe option on their website. Who can help me out here?
Trying to get my 200/200 Mbps running, only get less than 100 Mbps. Logged already 3 times by Afrihost, but no action or response whatsoever from Frogfoot. Frogfoot log #393260 + #392077 + #390800. Hunting this for 10 days now. I think this is pretty much pathetic. Clearly unable to run their business.
