I bought the car (VW Caravelle T6.1 with (90k+ kilometers) from Hatfield VW Revonia (saleperson was Ultlyn Koopman) in October 2024, I got the delivery of the car on 2nd November 2024. On the 5th November 2024 the car needed got back to the dealership because of the warning lights that came on and the scratches on the car and on the mags. I got it back on the car around the 22nd November 2024. We were only doing short trips until we went to Durban on the 9th of December 2024. On our way to Durban around 18:50 the car went to limp mode, was losing power and dashboard warning lights came on again and I sent the pictures to the dealership sales guy Ultlyn Koopman. On our way we would stop and wait and continue again driving as the forced us to do to stops. He sent me the VW road side assist number to call if the is not moving, which I did call VW road side assist incase we get stuck, tI spoke to the lady, told her about what we experiencing with the car, she check the nearest town for standby technician, the guy said we can continue driving if the issue persist we must call we will come assist. The lady from VW road side assist kept on checking on us while we were on the road. I parked the car on our arrival in Durban, we didn't use it, until we left Durban to Eastern Cape, we left drove the car doing the limp mode thing till I got to Eastern Cape on the 13th December, parked the car didn't use it. I told the dealership guys I'm gona to Cape Town on the 2nd of January 2025 and I'm worried if the car will get to Cape Town, they made arrangements for to the car to the nearest VW branch which was in Queenstown Kelston VW, I took the car to Kelston VW on 30th of December 2024, they checked the car and they said the issue is caused by fuel contamination, they said they will make quote for authorisation as to whose gona pay for the car which I refused them to fix the car and disputed the fuel contamination thing. When I was back from Cape Town on the 13th January 2025 I took the VW Revonia upon on their doing their tests communicating with VW South Africa they found out its the issue with DPF and Fuel filter are blocked. Now the refusing to fix the car saying VW South Africa & Hatfield VW doesn't want to fix the car because of the note made by Queenstown Kelston VW because they flagged the car on VW system. They know very well the issue of PDF on VW 4Motion/4x4 cars. The Hatfield master cars manager Gift is giving me run around he know very well about the issues the car has
The worse company never take their warranty insurance they refused to pay my claim and **** said the oils used on my cars gearbox was not a correct oil or Vw approved oil. Don’t waste your money on them
I bought a house from Renico in May 2019, before I moved in the house. I complained about the issues that I could find before I submitted snag list. The yard was maddy and water wasn't moving and it was smelling with green colour. They send the guy to put sub-soil but they guy didn't finish/or did a **** up job. They just putted sub-soil on top of the ground. Now the yard has water not moving and turning colour to green and they gona smell soon. There is useless guy called Eduan Leonard who work for Renico, that every he just spam with with one email asking about the snag-list once a month, I told him to stop spamming me with useless email...
I took my car to VW Strijdompark dealer, in Randburg, because it had an issue with wipers that were just going on by themselves and were not switching off. after two weeks of going back and forth with the dealership not knowing how to fix the issue and the car, they did something because the car came back with jacking issue and switches off the ignition itself. I reported to them, not it's been more than 3 months the car has been with the dealer and they always lie lie lie every time when ask them, they don't want to admit that they failed to fix the car. I'm paying installment for that car that I don't have that is sitting at the dealer. I also spoke to the guy called Alex in VW Port Elizabeth he's also a liar, because he never call's when he says he will call me. I have been patient for too long with VW and the Strijdompark dealership

Good day<br> <br> I would like to log a complaint regarding city of Cape Town, they switched off my water on Friday 5th February 2016, because they saying i was awing R2117 on my account, I paid the account Friday 5th Feb around 12:15 and I sent them proof of payment.<br> <br> I have been waiting for them to come reconnect the water, they haven't it's been 4 days now. Today the 8th Feb I spoke to more than 3 ladies Zintle, Elvina Samson and Nomfanelo Futshane they all been just saying I must just wait they will send someone to reconnect and they had an attitude.<br> <br> I don't know why City of Cape Town would employ incompetent and useless people.<br> <br> Could you please investigate. I have been waiting for my refund it's been a month now. I logged a refund on the 31st August 2015. When I call asking the consultant keep on saying they had backlog it will be done on tomorrow.<br> <br> Today I spoke to a guy called Sicelo who also said I must wait till next week Thursday. Why would wait this long for my money and this Sicelo guy had an attitude. And I also spoke to a lady called Cinzia Sebastian who she said she has logged a complaint regarding my refund.<br> <br> I'm really pissed at Mango's customer service. I booked a flight for my girlfriend and my babies. They flight was for the 29 Aug 2015 from CPT to JHB, for some reason the lady who assisted them in Cape Town had an attitude and told them they are now getting in the flight because I used the international card to book the flight, so it's either with the pay for the flight AGAIN, ok they pay for the flight again, so they told them I must claim it back for refund. I did ask for my refund on the 31 Aug 2015 and they said it will take 7 to 14 days.<br> <br> Ever since I have been waiting for my money and they haven't transferred it to my bank account and when I called on Tuesday 15th Sep I spoke to the guy who had an attitude and rude, who just told me I must wait till the 18th Sep 2015 for my money.<br> <br> I don't know why Mango customer service employees would have an attitude to customers. I'm really pissed off at Mango service.
