<div>My beloved pet dog is DEAD because of this company. The trauma I have endured will last a life time. DO NOT EVER use this company!! Here is the full story… Billy will start by being very sweet and sending you so many messages and screen shots of their amazing service you will think the bad reviews online must not be real but believe me they are all real and I am sure there are many more. Billy quoted me on transporting my 3 dogs in an air conditioned van, my car and my house all at the same time. this was NOT a shared load so dont let him tell you my bad review was because of a shared load… its NOT. Billy assured me he owned the trucks and was going to make the move easy for me. “They believe in good service after all” nothing can be further from the truth sadly. I confirmed over and over again as I was stressed. Days before my move I saw a flood of new bad reviews come in about BA Transferals which made me even more stressed. Billy again assured me all was sorted. 2 days prior to the move I kept trying to reach Billy to give an updated inventory list but he and Alex and his office line all ignored me. I tried again the day before the move and Billy kept saying he would call me back. he never did. Eventually at almost 10PM the night before the move he sent me a message saying the extra stuff would be R4990.. then 3 min later sends me another message saying its an extra R4,990 AND and extra R3,500 with no explanation as to the 2 different costs. The day of the move he was meant to be there 8am. no one came. I reached out was told they are delayed. they will come at 10. Then the stories start coming in…. Turns out Billy does NOT own the trucks and uses third parties. He said they didnt have trucks available to assist and they were delayed. 10am turned into 1pm. he couldnt give me answers on the dogs transport and where it was. He couldnt give me an actual ETA. he said he would send the drivers details and even though I asked countless times for them he wouldnt send it. by 2pm I was frantically calling every company I could find to move me. I found a driver who would instead drive my car down with my dogs, he wasnt used to dogs but was a professional driver. sadly with him not being used to dogs when he did a pit stop with them the one got free for the leash and was hit by a truck. He video called me showing me her dead mangled body. I am scarred for LIFE. Not only did Billy let me down on every aspect of this move but the panic attacks I had the day of the move, the loss of my beloved pet and the fact that I had to wait over a week to get a new company to send my furniture down has made this move the most traumatic experience of my LIFE!! Worst of all Billy told me I need to go for coffee with him first to see he’s “not a bad guy” before he refunds my money… I STILL have not been refunded and Billy pleads that the business is under "business rescue" and therefore I wont get my R15,000 refund. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PATHETIC COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT</div>
WORST service ever received from this company. My PC board was replaced at the beginning of March so not even 2 months ago, since then I have had 2 issues with my gate. The receiver stopped working due to the recklessness of the technician and it opens and closes by itself which is most likely a limit switch issue from the PC board. not even 2 months later and every excuse under the sun not to live up to the warranty of my PC board, they say it probably needs replacing yet again because of power surges or lighting. firstly there has been no lighting and secondly if it was a power surge then more stuff around my house would have issues not just the gate. they want to charge a call out fee to fix what they broke and check the PC board to see if it is faulty or not.... the tech left my receiver uncovered when he was here, he left the new PC board not correctly attached and box not closed fully and needless to say my receiver got wet and stopped working. Technician denies it all (obviously) and this company believes the customer is NEVER right and the technicians word is gold. of COURSE he is going to deny it. who would admit they did something wrong if your job was on the line.... Don't ever use them
EVERYDAY for the last two weeks Standard Bank has called me asking to buy life insurance, no matter how many times i say no and no matter how many times i ask to be removed from the mailing list they keep calling.<br> <br> To make it worse today i ask to speak to the sales manager and instead was put through to someone only pretending to be the sales manager. When she eventually realized i was beyond livid she said i should hold for the \real"manager.<br> <br> You harass people and then treat them like idiots? Dear Audi SA. I usually sing your praises but now I will be telling the world how disgusted I am. My car broke down on Wednesday morning. it will take almost 3 weeks to get back. I have been dealing with Audi Menlyn and they promised me a car to use by 4pm on Friday. I am hosting a charity event THIS SUNDAY with over 100 people attending and many South African celebrities. I explained to Charmaine at Audi Menlyn that it was vital I have a car as I am the sole organiser of the event. They have failed to secure the car after Charmaine just did not send YOU the paperwork. I then sent you the needed paperwork and you claim you havent received it yet I have gotten the automatic response saying you did indeed receive my mail. I am now without a car and have absolutely no way of getting to the event on the 8th of Feb at 8:30AM. Your service has disgusted me!!!!! Big promises and no service. I did not expect this from you. I want this rectified immediately. I need a car for Sunday morning.
