MTN Wonderboom junction, as well as MTN Mosselbaai was incredibly incompetent in terms of helping an old lady to get her data contract sorted. Ineptitude doesn't begin to describe the service levels. Luckily there was a shining light at MTN Menlyn named Marilyn Barker. She was extremely competent and cared about the customer. She changed our MTN rating from 0/5 to 5/5! Well done Marilyn!
After Loadshedding I could not get any device to connect with my WIFI (fibre router). I have logged numerous service requests, without a peep from them. This has been going on since end of last year. All we can use is a LAN cable from the router to a desktop/laptop. Should I still pay my subscription?

I've placed an order at the Cobra factory shop(Lixil) about 16 days ago. I've also tried to get information on my order from their "customer service" with 3 x empty promises that "we will come back to you". It seems like we will go through the Xmas season without a functional bathroom due to this company's poor service. It seems like they have disappeared with my money and cannot be trusted. Worst online shopping company.
I am being harassed by an extremely incompetent debt collection company. They confirmed on several occasions that my proof of payment reflects on their system, but yet I receive daily phone calls to harass me to pay what was paid months ago. They are "working from home" and the system the consultants are working from is not updated.
I have tried tirelessly to get my FLTE working again without any success. Supersonic's whatsapp customer support is absolutely ridiculously pathetic, so I tried to go the call center route and was cut off after 40min waiting in line. We have online university exams to write within 36hrs, and cannot get the internet going after numerous frustrating attempts. After trying to get out of this subscription die to poor service since March, I have managed to get a termination date of end of June or July(received double communication). Can't wait to get rid of this incompetence.
Their customer care via whatsapp is pathetic. I have requested an upgrade of data cap during March, and it was not done. Now I'm trying to top-up without a credit card, and is reliant on their pathetic whatsapp customer service to get it done. Proof of payment(top-up) was sent on 14/04/20 and confirmation of receipt was provided by them - no data yet! Being in lockdown with 3 students (online classes)without a reliable internet service is inexcusable! They now promised an upgrade from 01/05/2020, which will be too late.. Can't wait for the lockdown to end to change service provider.
