I would not recommend this company to my friends ... I have cancelled my contract and they are still trying to charge me .. be careful
So here goes ,, I took my FX4 in for a service 4 months ago and after the service I noticed that the belly plates were not fitted back … so I contacted the dealership and told them of this … there reply was that they should have been fitted and could not see them around the workshop … so after all of this they agreed that it is best they replace them . I have now contacted them 20 times and months later and still no belly plates … what do I do … to top it off I had my name down for a new raptor but after all of this I will not sure if I want to with service like this … I even bought Np200s rather and a vw kombi so ford has lost out on a few sales …
Wow I am so disappointed , I send my Ranger in all the time for a service , only to find out that the trays from underneath have not been fitted after the service and now it is a struggle to get Basil Green to find them or replace them .... we call and leave messages and still we get no where. maybe this will get someone to call me back so I can have the plates fitted
This has to be the worst bank ever . I have been a customer for 40 years and to link your bond account to your portfolio it takes 2 months and still can't be done... I have emailed and called and still no one can help ... think it is best to move to FNB
<p>so i rented a car for my branch to use as there car went in for service , i am based in jhb and i sent my driver there , as it did you sate that i needed to be there in person i thought it will be fine for me to pay and they can collect , but that was not the case , when he got there they would not give him thecar and they did not ask him for a credit card .</p> <p>they said on the day that there will be a credit done into my credit card in 2-3 days time . now i am following up they tell me that there is no credit and i lost the full amount </p> <p>That is there responce and nothing further to help out ...</p> <p>what a load of **** , even a credit to use there would have been fine as i travel down there oftern...</p> <p> </p>
I applied for a new bond with a few different banks , when i started getting my approvals in from each bank standard bank was the highest , SA home loans and ABSA bank was a much better intrest rate , when i went back to standardbank and told them this and that i have been a loyal customer for 30 years and have 3 buisness accounts with them , there replied was sorry cant help you ..<br> i think that kind of service is shocking and to try tell someone that cares there about this is impossible .<br> I have spoken to Noreen at the Greenstone branch and yet still nothing ...<br>
We moved from Discovery medical aid to Liberty thinking they were better , at a Big monthly expense we have been on liberty now for a few years .<br> We don't use our medical aid much at all so 21/2 years ago my son goes in to a day hospital to have a opp on his tooth (all ok) now 21/2 yrs later he needs to go in again for another tooth and they tell me only one opp for kids under 8yrs old ,so they will not cover it ..... crazy ...... after paying over R6000 PER MONTH , what is the point in paying all this money then ...
MY CELL C contract was ported to Mtn last week Sun and then cut off on Tues night and since then my contract has been rica blocked and no one can unblock it , so i have had no phone since then (almost 7 days ) man i have last a lot of money and NO ONE CAN GET IT SORTED OUT !!! HELLO MTN !!! WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!!<br>
