I'm utterly disgusted at the level of incompetence I've experienced from FNB homeloans and Ðebt Review departments. Whenever I have a query, I'm always turned into a hot potato! I'm transfered between these departments without any of my queries being resolved! It's not the 1st time this has been done to me. Pathetic level of customer service! No one has even bothered to try and assist me! Disgusting!
Ordered on Monday, package was delivered on Wednesday with extra goodies!!! Will be using them for me & my partners bedroom needs. Packaging is discrete too.
I ordered a pair of bluetooth headphones that turned out to be faulty. I noticed they didn't charge & requested an exchange within a week or less. I was surprised when I was refunded instead of exchange. When I enquired, I was told that I will not be refunded coz there's no stock & shipping is 5-7 days at a different price from another supplier. I requested that any other colour would do but that was declined. I was told that if I want another pair, I must order it (at a higher price & pay for shipping). I find this appalling from a usually efficient company. I want a replacement & am not willing to accept the refund as I'm still under the 30 day warranty as I post this. Why must I carry the cost of replacing them at a higher price?
I closed my Truworths account more than 4 years ago, requested that my details be removed from their mailing list & not be contacted for promotion (on 05/03/2018 via e-mail). On 09/03/18 I got a confirmation mail stating that I had been removed from their database, reconfirmed on 12/03/18. Regardless of their promises, I still get contacted by them constantly, last 2 occasions being on 28/02/19 & 28/03/19. This is abuse of my privacy! Now, for the last time, REMOVE MY DETAILS FROM YOUR DATABASE!!!!
I have a revolving loan with FNB. I've paid more than 15% of the loan, to my surprise, I can't access the revolving loan. After calling the call center, I was told to go to any branch to query as they can't see what the problem is. At the branch I was told this: I must use only 80% of the loan to access the revolving facility. If I've used 100% of the loan, then I must pay off 50% of the loan in order to access the revolving facility. What's surprising is that none of these criterias are mentioned in the quote and nowhere did I see this clause during my online application. If this is how this revolving loan works, then it should be put upfront instead of just advertising the pay back 15% to access facility. I'm currently having an emergency and can't access money I thought I had access to because of a clause I wasn't made aware of? That's just daylight robbery from FNB!!
