Minimum card amount
The fives sports bar at Pinehurst has a minimum amount of R50 per card transaction . This practise is not allowed by the card associations

Terrible service
The worst DIY hardware service by far . You aren’t allowed to call a store directly , you have to wait for 15 mins to talk to an agent who then transfers you to a store that doesn’t answer . Pathetic , no one knows anything about hardware either . And according to builders they cannot keep an item because the covid rules say there are too many people touching the item . An absolute joke . Mica has service and staff who actually understand the industry

Absolutely zero customer service
I have never had such poor service in my life . ordered 2 items on line , promised delivery , mothersday gift essential item . promised follow up ...nothing . call centre don't answer . online chat does not work and emails are not answered .

bad apple
I have purchased two cars from we buy cars , service at their Cape Town branch was good . The second car a kia Sorrento has not driven more than a few KM's since purchase . I cannot even get the car to road worthy as it does not run . I have already spent thousands on repairs and have now been quoted 58k from kia to get the car running . I purchased the car 4 months ago and want a refund or credit .....head office not responding to my email . This is unacceptable , the car does not run

Promises to move my adsl
I recently moved house . Needed to move my adsl . Reeived sms that a technition would be at my place last friday . Was then promised monday . Then call centre promised a call fro their tech dept. Obtained the technition bradleys number no replay for 3 days . Spent 4 hour to date with call centre staff what more can i do -- desparate kendridge cape town

Saddles service terrible , warm drinks
My kids love the new kenridge branch . Food is inconsistent service is absolutely shocking expect the managers . Beers are warm . Tried pine hurst which is worse ... Warm beers , ting portions , no aircon , no iced tea .... Overall a disaster ... Booked kids party at kenridge --- think I should rather cancel

Blue chem pool pump
Bought a blue chem / sun command. Pool pump from builders warehouse . The pump has never functioned 100% since I got it 6 months ago . The pump runs but there is very little suction . Builders say not their problem I must contact sun command / blue chem their supplier ....

Shocking service
I have never had such bad service from a business . Kia multi franchise pardon island . They rude never have parts . Never a manager to talk to . Michelle put the phone down on me . Tried calling Fiona at the office jhb and she hasn't bothered calling either . Rude incompetence and unacceptable service . This is the 4 th time I have had this terrible experience
