Terrible terrible service.
Today marks day 8. I emailed liberty a query, to which I have still had no response. I phoned liberty, error on their system, they will phone me back. Still never did. Complaint logged on hellopeter, got an email saying I will be contacted in 24 hours. 48 hours later no call received. Emailed the complaint address on the received email, no response received. Second hellopeter complaint 8 days later and a lot of we'll contact you and nothing.

No call back empty promises
A whole week has passed...so from 24 to 48 hours as committed by you its now 148 hours later and not a phone call or anything. Disgusting service. Game you said you'd phone after selling me a terrible product. Go read my other review you said you'd call me. So where is the call......?

Junk that keeps breaking
Bought a vacuum. Needed to be repaired. Went in for 21 days. No vacuum for that time period. Used petrol to get to game. Now same vacuum has broken again. Used my petrol AGAIN. NO VACCUM 21 DAYS AGAIN. MORE AND MORE PROMISES FROM BENNETT AND READ. HAPPY TO SELL AND PROMOTOE JUNK THAT BREAKS.

JUNK THAT KEEPS BREAKING

Theft
You have ****** money from me. You decided on my app that you are changing a setting. I never gave consent. Then.....then my transaction was declined and you charged me a penalty for that 4 times. Now I'm paying a penalty because you did something on my app without my consent. I want the penalties refunded.

Poor service.
Took my vaccumm in to be repaired. Phoned today, asking how much longer it will be. Turns out it's been back at the store for 5 days and no one has phoned me to inform me.

Shocking service
Filled out all the requirements for a claim. Sent them through. They ask for about 10 pictures in total which makes the size of the file almost impossible to send. Sent them through on the 12th of Jan. Still to date I have no calls from Outsurance. Almost as though they are trying to avoid paying out.

Money theft?
Again I find myself complaining about poor service received from Capitec. Need funds released from a savings account, was told I'll be called within 24 hours. 27 hours later, no calls, no funds. I need My money.
