Mt husband and u recently flew to George on Safair. We needed wheelchairs which were brought to us as soon as we checked in. The Porters were very friendly and efficient. the helpers on the plane were also very helpful Coming back was the same. Everyone worried about our comfort and on arriving at OR Tambo we were taken on a very comfortable electric bus and our luggage was fetched for us and we were wheeled all the way to our car and these pirters were superb. Thank you Saifair for making us feel so welcome and comfortable .
I recently ordered a pair of wrist thumb silicone braces from takelot.com. They only sent one brace. When I told them they sent for the brace and said they would resend the order. I have now had this order three times and each time there is only one brace in the box. I find this very stressful.
it is time to get a new phone and i am having trouble with cell c. I always pay with a debit order and now they are saying I owe 688rand from 6mths ago. this is impossible because cell c say i m fully paid up/ surely if i owed money they would have closed my account. Went to fnb and they say i am fully paid up. i need a new phone desperately and hello pete doesnt seem to help me either. what can I do to get help. They say my account is throughABSA. Never been to ABSA in my life.
I have subscribed to cell C almost from inception. I have checked both with FNB Norwood and Cell C Norwood and have been told i am fully paid up. i now keep on getting phone calls from VVM 78264871
This is the second time I have to write to you about DSTV. They came and connected the two decoders but didn't connect the correctly. When there is loadshedding my inverter goes on and so does the tv with an error message. Waiting for connection. I have sent them messages and they have done nothing. I have just taken the decoder to a Dstv shop and they said the two decoders are definitely not connected properly.and that someone from Dstv needs to come out again. They don't come and we don't have tv. To add insult to injury I am supposed to be on price lock and they say I have to pay R919 next month. Please Hello Peter I really need help.
I had a 2 year contract with DSTV guaranteeing a price lock. The contract has come to an end and I decided to renew it. I was told I would get a new decoder and dish as part of my contract. My original dish was for three computers but as I now only have two said I wanted it for 2. The company to fit the decoder came and told me my decoder was for only one tv and that I must use my old one for the other tv. No one knew why this was a change. I didn't have much choice so agreed. Then was told I had to patY for two insurance contracts. DSTV is very expensive so I couldn't pay 2 insurances. So agreed to pay for the one only. It is not convenient to have the old decoder next to my second computer cause I now had a tv, a decoder, a telephone my electricity meter all on one desk making the desk unusable for anything else. To add insult to injury the decoder will only give me Telemundo cause it hasn't been connected correctly so it doesn't work efficiently. I was also given a phone call to again ask me to pay two insurance policies a waste of money cause I never claimed once in the two years. Please help me to at least get the old decoder working properly.
I have come to the end of my tether with Telkom. I have two phone lines because my son used to run his business from home. But now that he no longer lives here decided to cancel the one line. We phoned telkom and distinctly told them to cancel 011440-7334. We were told we would have to wait a month which we did and lo and behold they cancelled our fax line 0114403257 and not 0114407334. We then decided to go to Telkom in Greenstone and were told they dont deal with things like that anymore but the manager Mr Wilson Mawasha kindly wrote to them to correct the error. I also told him they were demanding a payment of R1007.33 when I had a recent account of R563,19. Showed Mr Mawashsa and he said that was the only amount I needed to pay by the 7 July. I went immediately and paid it on 29th June 2020. Now we are told they are suspending 0114407334 which they are handing over for collection. So not only have they cancelled the wrong line but have now cut off the other line. I keep on writing to them but my letters are ignored. Really dont know what to do. There was also an outstanding amount for R468.29 which I sent a proof of payment numerous times but it was also ignored. Oh dear I am a senior citizen and really need a landline. Gertie Tobias sho
Once again a big thank you to Hello Peter for assisting me with my problem with Cell C. After writing to you Cell C phoned me and my problem with overcharging was resolved immediately so also a big thank you to Cell C.
I did receive a call back from cell C . When I said why was I given a phone in November when my contract was only up in April. Was told I can upgrade 4mths in advance well by my reckoning that is 5mths. I have now been told I will get a refund at the end of the month. Unfortunately I cant say thank you until I see it with my own eyes. Will of course say thank you to both Cell c and Hello Peter when I see my bill at the end of the month. But until then I can only say thank you to Hello Peter for your efforts.
