Worst experience with Fastway couriers
We are an online store making use of Bobshop platform. Fastway was the chosen courier to deliver a package for us. From Jhb to Soshanguve in PTA. It is now day 13 and it is still not delivered.

NO DELIVERY OF SERVICE
My daughter finished matric last year and just started working at a company in the next town. She got paid R4000.00 a month. We traded in her old car and bought her a newer Mazda BT50 LDV. Because of her age she could not afford the huge amount charged for insurance thus we placed her on my insurance at King Price. The wife and my daughter used the bakkie so on my policy I specified that both will be driving with it but they insisted on who will be the more regular driver. At that stage it was my wife and after a few months the wife started using the bakkie less and my daughter used it more frequently.<br> There was a horrible accident that my daughter did not cause. It was the other driver's fault that came out behind a truck on a solid barrier line.<br> The bakkie was a wreck. We lost our youngest who was also in the bakkie. We stayed next to my oldest daughters bed while in hospital.<br> In these circumstances one expect your insurer to have your back but NOT AT KING PRICE!<br> They came back saying that my daughter was not listed as the regular driver and that they are not going to pay out the bakkie. <br> In my view this is totally wrong! Why did I then insure the bakkie in the first place?
