NON COMMUNICATIONS, not keeping to agreement, NO COC, missing ****le
Bought a solar system with arrangement to pay once installed. Solar panels was installed and after 4 days of back and forth and no communication they told me they did not have stock of Sunsynk but can install Deye and that the systems are the same. I refused to make the change so they told me they could get Sunsynk from another supplier which they wanted 70% payment for the complete installation before delivery. I refused and paid the inverter and batteries worth on delivery. It took another week with multiple messages and phone calls without any response to finally get them to do the installation. The installation of just the inverters and batteries then took another 2 days and they wanted full payment before leaving. The system has been malfunctioning for almost 2 weeks now just to discover that they did not attach the ****le on the 1 inverter and that is causing the system to give incorrect readings. Its been 6 days still waiting for them to deliver and install ****le and to come fix the system. Again multiple phone calls and messages without any response (apparently they got ****le yesterday after 2 days - but I sent them the nr of someone that has one in the same town as them at a reasonable price) - still no response. Still no COC 2 weeks and still not received the ****le that was not fitted and which they now “found” but not supplying They trade under: RSA Solar Skynat Energy Energy Ex GBS Solar Risen Solar Phone numbers of people involved that refuse to resolve this issue: Peter Salanye - 0681139261 Ana Salanje - 0682500744 This nr as PSM 0683660862 Since they are all connected I suggest everyone ****med should report all these companies because they are all the same people

Don't even consider using this company
Absolute bunch of idiots, they have no idea what they're doing, & their products are substandard & defective. I'll be taking ombudsman action, should they not refund me & take back their substandard rubbish products, I'll definitely take legal action from there. This "pastor" is an extremely proud person as well, he doesn't entertain client issues.

Don't even consider using this company
Absolute bunch of idiots, they have no idea what they're doing, & their products are substandard & defective. the best solar company to buy from
these guys are the best the first item I bought they had it delivered at my doorstep before the actual delivery date, which was faster than I thought. am even gonna tell my friends and family to buy from them...

these guys are the best the first item I bought they had it delivered at my doorstep before the actual delivery date, which was faster than I thought. am even gonna tell my friends and family to buy from them...

Clowns running a circus
Phone guy to ask for official quote for item being advertised on gumtree (6kw devel inverter for 9995.00) he then says I must wattsup him so I did then sends price for 14000. I asked why I the price difference so he says those are sold out yet add posted same day as my request then sends me picture of another for 11000 but on add it’s 8995 so I phone him and his reply was whites must pay more . Now I get nasty watts up messages saying we are thieves and fools. What a professional company.

RSA / GBS solar Electric not refunding Customers
RSA Solar has an online shopping platform which I would not advise. I found them while shopping for better priced solar goods but should have realized the Company is not legitimate or works in a professional manner at all. I purchased Gel Batteries from the company and ticked the flat rate delivery as I believed that this meant that the delivery was inclusive as there was no additional charges that came up. After not receiving my batteries as expected, I contacted the owners directly and the conversation was more about the Supplier not listening to what I was requested or needed and (Peter) the supplier insisted that I needed to pay an additional R 400 for delivery or needed to fetch the batteries. I refused and demanded a refund from the Supplier as I was expecting a delivery to be inclusive. The Supplier after being very incoherent or helpful eventually agreed to a refund and stated that it would be paid within 3 working days. The supplier has only paid R 7000 of my outstanding R1988.00 and stated he would pay another R 5000.00 on the same day but this has never come to pass. The supplier has promised daily for 2 weeks that the outstanding amount would be repaid and has still not honored their word. My advice is to rather utilize other legitimate suppliers who operate as a Quality business and don't act as what scammers and problem businesses would. These individuals literally run their business like a private play pen with no intent to honor the customer's needs.

Avoid this company!!
Do not buy from RSA Solar - their modus operandi is to advertise at a low or sale price but when you order and come to collect they say it is already sold and try to up sell another brand or type. They also carry damaged goods but to be fair are quite open about it possibly not working! Avoid at all costs in my estimation.
