Have not claimed since being with Kayser Baird for the last 4 years or so, but had to make numerous amendments to my policy due to various circimstances. They have been the most efficient and helpful team. Special mention to Erin Zeeman who managed to assist with an urgent document when I called about 5 minutes before they closed for business on a Friday. So friendly and cheerful even to a last minute request. Big ups on your team, Kayser Baird
Discovered this gem of a car-cleaning product supplier right here in Durbs! Excellent customer service from Shivolin Govender. From explanation and advice on products that would suit my requirements to speedy delivery -the shopping experience was excellent. The actual products do exactly what they claim and I do not see myself shopping elsewhere for car cleaning products and tools.
Excellent service from the team at McCarthy Toyota Pinetown. New sales executive Tanya Cuff was very patient with my many questions and went out of her way to be available to assist even whilst on leave. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota to seek her out at McCarthy Toyota Pinetown.

<p>I'm not even a client of Finchoice but I've had more calls from them than most people.</p> <p>They obviously have a contact number from an existing client which has been recycled and is now my new number. I cannot fault them for having this number, however after +- 6 calls every day for 2 months and the same explanation given to every consultant, it has become extremely annoying and disruptive. I did log a call with their customer service who undertook to esculate this, but after more calls today I decided to post this rant. </p> <p>Please Finchoice - I am not the person you're looking for. <p>Hello Peter,</p> <p>I recently signed a contract with Vodacom for a new contract. Upon activation of the sim, I began receiving a lot of sms's and calls from people who were trying to contact the previous "owner" of the number that has been given to me. I asked the call center many times to assist but they claim that they cannot help since numbers are recycled after 5 months of inactivity and its up to me to inform callers. Please Vodacom, I'm sure you can give me a new number since this contract is just 4 days old and I simply cannot go about my days explaining to the numerous callers (and Whatsapp groups the former user was a part of), that this is now my number.</p> <p>I'm at my wits end and not enjoying my new relationship with Vodacom.</p> <p> </p>
